What kind of dust shroud are you using on your grinder?? Also, are you just using disc sand paper?
I use diamond blade Double Row for concrete grinding (no any sand paper!)
I have husqvarna concrete grinder and I have to prep 3,200 sqf of wood subfloor for hard wood ,the floors are full of plaster and paint so i was thinking of using it but is kinda heavy.. i have to try it anyway its a lot of floor to cover doing it on your knees. .
I would be put 1/4" plywood with glue and screws. In this case you do not need grinding so much.
Thoughts on using a 20" floor sander?

I'm sorry. Maybe I didn't phrase my question correctly. Does your dust deputy really work as advertised? Is that little cone worth the price of a shop vac? Thanks for your time!
It collects 90% of dust. Vac catch only "fine" dust. I change filters and dust bags much less than before and pretty happy with it.
what I can do with 1 1/2 hump in my subfloor ??? is high for the main beams ,wow I can solve this problem to install hardwood or laminate floor ??? any tips

What do you do when the floor is too low in an area?
1. If your subfloor is wood you can level it with sheets of plywood. Watch my video "Plywood Subfloor Leveling with Plywood Sheets".
2. If your subfloor is concrete, you need another technique.
Watch the video and do not hesitate to give your questions if you do not understand something.

I install plywood sheets with different thickness. Then I use edger to make it smooth.

what kind of sander/grinder are you using?
In this video it is Dewalt Angle grinder (5'). Now I am using 9 inches Dewalt grinder. It makes jobs faster and easier.
