I lived in Luanshya. I consider it home because my father's second wife lives there. My father left a farm there in Chifulube area. I will go to Luanshya very soon after so many years.
ewww excited for you. I hope you enjoy your stay there.
Thank you for showing my hometown. It has changed a lot . This town used to be beautiful in 1989 and early 90’s

I'm South African and have enjoyed the town walk hopefully I might visit the town in the near future.
I am sure your visit will bring back memories
Great video Nsofwa. If only you could have turned left at the end of your video and walked a few houses up to number 132 'E' Avenue where I lived in the late 1960s. What a great childhood I had in Luanshya.
ohhh E Avenue, I am sure you were really hoping to turn left .. 1960 surely Luanshya looked different back then
My home town ❤❤❤
me too
والله جميلة جدا جدا
تقصد أنك لا تهتم؟
Thanks for an interesting video about Luanshya. Can u pls do videos along the suburb streets. Eucalyptus, Tecoma, 4th avenue, Riverside, etc

I suppose you used to live in luanshya
Africa is promising bro
I totally agree.. each town and country has something going for it.. Africa getting to places
Thanks that Town shall equally receive an uplift - infrastructure development.
ohh yes.. Has the population grows. towns will become cities with greater infrastructure
Thank you!
thank you too
It is very unfair that that road has not be laid out up to now. When I was last there in 2003 the road was still there. But to hear that you left it or found it dug up in 2016 and it is still like this in July 2023, it is the height of governmental irresponsibility and irrationality! Do something to force government to lay out that road as soon as possible. I am talking in 2024 June 26 Wednesday almost one year to the day since you posted this video. It is criminal on the part of the people tasked with the job of building our towns. And the government in Lusaka. It is criminal to expose people to dust in the middle of the central business district! I am pissed off really!
I totally understand your frustration. there's something deeply wrong in the allocation of funds in luanshya. it's sad. I feel it in the people living there. it's very unfortunate. the local government has poor transparency. small businesses are most affected
This is my town i grew up in levy chito police camp .
police camp!!! I remember that place
Hello, Im a Swedish man thinking about moving to Zambia. I have been to Kenya before. I do have one question. Do you think I as a white man will have problems living there? Robberies, violence, etc? Why I am asking is because one Zambian told me I would get killed my first week, others have said it is no problem.
No, I don't believe you will experience any issues. as long as you avoid shady areas. In general, Zambian is a safe area. you being Swedish makes it more safer because you may get help by calling or going to the Swedish embassy in Zambia.
It is a lie. Zambia in general and Luanshya especially is very, very peaceful. Nothing will happen to you!
Zambia is one of the peaceful countries
