We can see why all the government refineries will never worked. Wicked leaders, wicked business people, wicked NNPC, which people in government. The bitter truth is the four NNPC refineries will never worked. These refineries have been under repairs since 1998. Hence former President Obasanjo sold them in 2007. I pray for God mercy on Nigeria and Nigerians in Jesus mighty name amen 🙌
My fellow Nigerians, we are in a quagmire to develop even when their is way against all odds to do so. Dangote and other Smaller refineries can not get crude oil for several reasons: 1. Our oil is one of the best in the world and our government has sold contracts tied to debts that they must fulfill. 1a. When government was paying subsidies , it was from debt money to continue to issue oil contracts . 1b. Debt is slavery. Our government has sold us the same way our forefathers sold slaves for mirrors , alcohol and cigarettes 2. People make money from the subsidies from established importing channels
it is shameful that Dangote refinery is working producing good quality fuels . yet we import fuel while Dangote export his products. paradox just the same way we have Innoson motor producing high quality vehicles, yet billion are spent importing vehicle for Assembly members. Don't kill the industrial sector: refineries, automobile, USD 4bn spent to maintain; enough to build new refinery.
If you must do this, then do it collectively for every sector that has local manufacturers. That will encourage local manufacturers accross board. Don't just single out Dangote and do it for him.
You people are not ready yet...when Air peace was complaining people thought is all about tribe and many said alot of negative things....till Nigerians realise that there problems is Nigerians and in Nigeria then they will wake up...shame!!!

We are not going to have one man monopoly Those issued with licenses should continue with their business but bring in clean oils. Also NNPC should give Dangote refinery crude oil at a reasonable price to bring down fuel prices and other commodities. As it’s said a good product will sell its self. How many innocent cars have any of you bought. No hypocrisy.
The refinery in question has not impacted on the members of Nigerian public. It was our expectation that local refinery will reduce pump price of petroleum products. What we are hearing is that Dangote is importing crude oil to Nigeria - one of the largest producer of crude oil. Dangote is seeking for a robust monopoly of the sector. His refund of about 70% of the loan even before the completion of the refinery raises serious doubts as to whether he actually borrowed the sum or did he just trade with cbn forex at the black market and then use the proceed to return the so called loan. This question has to be answered.
Why is it that government refinery is not working? You have been in senate, what did you do? Why talking now! Dangoto is the only one Importing cement and other things, what did you say about it? Who is fooling who?

4. Why can't the best quality diesel send off the bad one from the market.
Nigeria should not give monopoly on our petrol and diesels.
Let the market be free.
What happened to the millions of metric tons supplied to Dangote.
So even the rich also cry
This are thieves, not as if they made the money themselves
Osho doesn't always speak in the Senate. But when he does, he speaks fact. But I don't know why he still accepted the Foreign made jeep that was given to him instead of asking for an Innoson Jeep hahaha. Osho Osho...
Well he also moves with government so there you go.
When we advocate good governance, many think it's outta bias.
It touches everyone.
Hopefully come 2027 he'll position himself better towards a better candidate.
Whom we all know won 2023 presidential election
Not surprise, it's Nigeria init
Please nature hates monopoly, let him compete.
A very corrupt country like Nigeria will never leave corrupt aside. We should be ashamed of ourselves. Those involved should be jailed.
They can never do that because all of them will end up in jail
Exactly, if you watch the US and the UK parliament you will know why the system are working over there, anything they say has effect immediately. This bunch of guys are just squandering the Nation Treasury nothing they are doing. Nothing they say have effect, and no action is been carried out in anything they say. All of them need to be Jailed they are Nigeria Problem and Nigeria Enemie
It’s not “almost the biggest”. It’s the biggest.
Nobody is sabotage for dangote, he has been told to do business like others now. He is shouting. He want crude oil free, is that buiness
You are sick.
What is working in Nigeriawide and imported fuel and diesel enhance the Country or BRUTALLY STAGNATE and DIMINISH the Country????
Reduce Cash reserve rate, Monetary policy rate and Interest rates.
These are the interest rates among countries that are growing or want to grow.
Japan 1%
China 2.5%
South Korea 3.5%
EU 3.75%
USA 5.5%.
While this is Nigeria’s
Nigeria 26%.
How can businesses provide jobs with high rates like this. What business in Nigeria can net the average Nigerian a profit of 30% per month.
Our would Nigerian businesses be able to create jobs with this high of interest rates?
We need to bring this rates to 10%. This 26% is far too high.
Why is the house so empty. Where are the other senators? And they all will collect sitting allowances
Sack the leadership of NNPCL.
Apart from that, small enterprises suffer from the high cost of diesel.
The senators that imports SUV instead of patronizing Innoson wants Dangote to monopolize selling of diesel it won’t work. Dangote must learn how to compete
You don't understood what is going on here,
There is a lot of small small refinery that see no crude oil to refine, our national crude was took outside the country.
What have this nigerian senate investigated and we get a better result and the people involve go to jail , they are part of the problems
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Nigeria is unbelievable. It looks like a movie. What kinds of people are these?
Crime scene as always
This country nawaoooo GOD will judge, and thanks sanetor OShiomole, and why is the NNpc chirman still doing and president TINUBU should resign and the NNPC FEDERAL Minister please 🙏 why why why
Dangote shouldn't monopolize diesel the same way he monopolized cement. Rather let there be competition to reduce the price.
Not by importation
The stench of our imports is unbearable
Who is the defacto petroleum minister? Who are the minister of state for petroleum and gas? Who is the GMD of NNPC? Who are the executive directors of NNPC? Who are the IOC - international oil companies? Where is the standard organisation of Nigeria (SON)? Who are the importers of AGO, PMS ? Which of the government agencies issued the import licences? We can see why all the government refineries will never worked. Wicked leaders, wicked business people, wicked NNPC, which people in government. The bitter truth is the four NNPC refineries will never worked. These refineries have been under repairs since 1998. Hence former President Obasanjo sold them in 2007. The same NLC was against it, former President Yaradua refunded the money paid to Dangote and Otedola. The same cabals are out to sabotage Dangote oil refinery. God forbid, if Dangote refinery is allowed to be sabotaged Nigeria will never recover economically. National assembly and President Tinubu and all patriotic Nigerians should support Dangote. I pray for God mercy on Nigeria and Nigerians in Jesus mighty name amen 🙌
My fellow Nigerians, we are in a quagmire to develop even when their is way against all odds to do so.
Dangote and other Smaller refineries can not get crude oil for several reasons:
1. Our oil is one of the best in the world and our government has sold contracts tied to debts that they must fulfill.
1a. When government was paying subsidies , it was from debt money to continue to issue oil contracts .
1b. Debt is slavery. Our government has sold us the same way our forefathers sold slaves for mirrors , alcohol and cigarettes
If you guys want progress in Nigeria 🇳🇬 allow everyone input with free duty...... you guys are not serious take example from Emirates government
I do not understand all these empty seats, and these people walking about. This is just house of jokers.
Mumu people!! You did not think this same way when you went and bought Toyota Landcruisers instead of buying made in Nigeria SUVs
Dangote self is feeling the heat😂😂😂😂
If you must do this, then do it collectively for every sector that has local manufacturers.
That will encourage local manufacturers accross board.
Don't just single out Dangote and do it for him.
You people are not ready yet...when Air peace was complaining people thought is all about tribe and many said alot of negative things....till Nigerians realise that there problems is Nigerians and in Nigeria then they will wake up...shame!!!
These lazy and corrupt politicians are talking about protecting local refineries, yet they did not blink an eye importing Japanese made SUVs for themselves despite the fact that there are Inosens in Nigeria. Nigeria, we wail thee.
Advocate for Nigerian made vehicles also. Barn importation of cars and mandate government officials to use Nigerian made cars, innoson and NORD make good cars
Is it only diesel that has been imported? No. What about Cars? Innoson is producing cars here in Nigeria but you politicians prefer on purpose to import cars. You politicians are the number one cause of naira devaluation.
No long break for the Legislative and the Presidency till further notice. There are so many problems on the ground for any executive holidays to be granted . It will be an act of great irresponsibility.
Useless people only talking talking talking after the camera is turn off...no action...hmmmmmmm hmmmmmmmthats the way it sounds to us
So you want to monopolise the market in favour the of dangote.:
Same thing ibeto suffered under buhari to favour dangote cement::
Monday opkebholo left his sest vacant and pursuing governor position. Who does that with such incompetency
But you guys are buying foreign made suv why we have suv r manufacturer company in Nigeria, Who is misleading who?
Oshiomole you talk as a hypocrite. You're too full of yourself. You're not exonerated from the same thing you're saying!
Hypocrites everywhere, how many times have they make a case for Innoson's motors Ltd or other local cars manufacturer's in Nigeria, just because Dangote is from the North they're all shutting
I don’t know y Nigerias are killing Nigerias everything isn’t about government but we civilians too
You guys are doing the job of aggressive investigation because you are directly affected. Do it holistically for all the afected areas of our economy.
Politics have not tell us the truth, president tinubu and his government have every power to make things work, we tired of everyday story story.
Who are the saboteurs, who supply the crude oil and who gives licenses to import or export the crude???
