I have sauce, you can hit 39% (1bar) off command grab with ambushing aftershocks LOW after the first hit of the command grab (which is when shao slams him onto the axe)
After command grab, as you ambush the aftershock low, it has to be timed with the first two hits of the grab which will RESTAND from the low it’s a free combo (damage and bar depends if ur axe came back or not) but it’s a free combo

I got one that does 41%. After grab and aftershock restand- b2, micro dash (axe will return) stand 2, micro dash stand 2,2, db3 ex, stand 2 (stand 4 in the corner)axe throw

@@XxTheSabertoothxX To ambush any tremors moves, you have to stance change into it first and do an input during the ambush stance change

If you time the full kameo overhead boulder toss at the start of his meterless knee the enemy will bounce up and you can combo after it

His overhead projectile pairs really well with shaos fullscreen low attack. Timing is a bit tricky to get down, but once you do, 👌👌

Solid video bro, except shao’s db4 when he has no axe IS NOT an overhead low like you said. It is either an overhead if it hits them directly OR a low if it does not. Also the arc to tremors overhead projectile is extremely high, so while it works in a combo, making this a setup that they have to actually block would be difficult if not impossible.

Whats the timing for calling tremor during the reset? He'll come out but he wont do the ball throw
I am having trouble with that overhead set up in the corner at 3:53, do you know when you are calling Tremor in? When I do it he mainly switches his element but the rush doesn't come out, I'm not sure if I am too early or just too late or just doing it completely wrong :(

You have to reverse the input. Instead of pressing back kameo when he places you on the axe press forward kameo. Then do. B32 b32 22 db3 ex df4 stand4 df2. That’s like 42 you can get 46. Your welcome

@@Shookwave nope, itl say that but test it for yourself in training mode. It's an overhead only. The low gets auto blocked every time by the game.
@@seancardinus7089 by the practice bots yes, because it will auto block anything. but an actual player has to time it right to block it.

Sektor can let you full combo from the overhead.
It’s not a true combo requires a setup..
@combosensei but Darius can too. Although it takes his whole meter and therefore makes it less useful
4:34 you can actually see here the hard-to-blockable negation is taking over and in fact the ai only blocks down.
its important to test these setups and get the timing exact not to do this cause thats a 50/50 for a full kameo meter. Liu Kang only has to block the first hit until theres enough frames that the game's built in negation doesnt take over even if you layered it several time
test this yourself by taking over P2 in the settings, you wont have to block it either if you guess the 50/50 right
something you can do tho, if you dont use the axe to reset, is use back 3 or forward 2 with the tremor hit making sure the setup works by testing it
that way you can get a semi hard to blockable every time instead of just a 50/50
