13:09 I started to use Sonya for Havik because that makes his 50/50 string a kind of Rock Paper Scissors string with that new overhead grab It might not work so much in God or Elder God, but it worked for me up into Demi-God
Havik main since day 1, he’s quite simply amazing and criminally slept on. I believe Movado is the best Kameo for Havik simply due to the amount of extra tech he receives with him already on top of his own. He gets grab combo’s, unblock-able trap set ups and a pure 50/50 on his back 2-2 that can get a guarantee 30% combo and more if they simply fall for either the grab or leg kick, but I do believe Darius, Scorpion, Sub, Kham, Jax, Shujinko, and even Stryker give Havik great utilization of all the tech he has to offer without him being held back. Havik's my secondary. I personally run Kano with him because of how unsafe he is on a lot of things. Kano knives takes some of that away, and gives him a decent projectile for zoning wars. Also the amount of games I've stolen with unga bunga ex db1 into knives at the end for chip is insane. Kano let's him combo into ex db1 off of 22 (and b22 but the timing is weird).
As someone that’s been playing him since day 1 I’ve recently been playing a lot of Sektor, Tremor & Darrius with him along with a bit of Khameleon/Mavado (which Sektor & Darrius will be even better for him with the Takeda patch buffs) but I might also pick up Cyrax again since he seems hella be usable again & good for Havik again by which I mean give enough that feels worth it compared to other kameos.
With the new sub buff I like to use him with havik cause when I get them in corner I poke then freeze my self then they hit and I get full combo,sub help with the projectile setups also
Those combos made me grow (in more ways than one)
