The thing with these survival games is they are always in development, filled with bugs not many animals released etc. I wish there was just one survival game hub where all the devs worked together but can work on different genres like dinosaur games or animal games etc.
They are over ambitious. If they focused on one game mode and one animal that was solid and well rounded then I would be happy. Look at wolf quest, awesome and well worked out game.
I feel like this game is slept on A LOT, but Wolfquest AE is probably the BEST realistic survival animal game out there, if you're looking for real accuracy and challenge. This game doesn't even compare to the attention-to-detail in Wolfquest, and I don't know why people don't talk about it more.

Just throwing this comment out there for people who enjoy games like this so they have an extra game to check out if they didn't already know of its existence.

Several predators use watering holes as bait and hunting grounds due to the fact that all animals are driven to drink eventually cuz of that hot sun.

i just tried out the game for myself, waterholes spawn like 30+ animals at once and make the game lag, growth doesnt work at all, combat is clunky, everything is clunky, it has pretty graphics but if its a bad game there's no point in even playing

More people should play WolfQuest, the next update is called saga, and it's going to make it to where, after you keep your pups safe and raise them and all that, they can grow old with you and you can then play as one of them, to continue the family line. There's more to it like a whole pack idk, the information is on their website. Also this game looks really good, I hope it gets good updates! :) Also more people need to play on multiplayer :( lol There's tons of horse games, dog games, cat games, even a wolf game, but no games like this idea and concept, with all types of animals, etc., maybe even different maps/places with different animals. A multiplayer on this after the game gets better would be a great idea!

Not to be a nerd but lepords usually have really small litter between 1 and 2 cubs ,and tge reason your mom walks slow is to conserve energy ,in the wild you never know when your next meal is gonna be so you cant waste energy ,and your mom as powerful as she is can do much to protect you from lions hyenas ,large bovids or even male leopards
Watering holes tend to be peaceful as long as theres enough water and enough herbs. Generally when carnivores go to watering holes they arent hungry, so thats why they dont attack.
The fact the birds have urine is really not accurate. It all just kind of comes out in one and they don't have actual pee like mammals do. It's usually solid and whiteish although sometimes it can also be a kind of almost oily liquid from what I've seen.
The question is will the poachers also have to pee and poo? 🤔 hahah In all seriousness though this game would definitely give me sensory overload with that many different stats to have to focus on!
There are a lot of these animal survival games and they aren't really good. They are made by small groups. It might be better if the people who develop them come together, combine their ideas and agree on something they can all work on. This way a good game might be made. It's sad to see these games die. Hopefully, this one succeeds.
I'm just gonna leave it on my wish-list for a while until I will randomly impulse buy it at 3am in 6-8 months time when it's got even more bugs and glitches than it does now. 😂

That was the developer HUD for seeing information. The newest update removed that HUD and added a player HUD.
