My personal favourite plot twist was when they turned all of the ponspectors into a straight buffet of nopon burgers for the gang to finally enjoy. Best ending ever, very wholesome
Xenogears, has one of the best story telling in the entire Xeno series, just finished playing it today. I hope, Square can give the rights back to Monolith Soft to use a Xeno game with it or even remake it cause it's in desperate need of it
I just loved the epilogue because it's so chill the new battle theme was also nice for the added feeling of relaxation Really needed something to calm me down after the hectic ending of the main story Also, I love slice of lifes, and I really enjoyed the dynamics with the science boi shulk, the motherly Melia, the sisterly NE NE and just a child kino.
That's precisely why I like Future Connected so much. It's so relaxed and doesn't try to become more intense than the main story. It makes for a nice extra 15 hours spent with the characters.
Yeah with future connected, some of Melias lines are extra stiff right at the start, like Jenna was kinda warming up into the role again, after a few cut scenes she's much better ='D
The tyrea bit makes more sense if you did her sidequest in the main game. That's where you learn that she's the former queen's daughter and she's half blood (even thought she was the leader of the inquisition)
Don't worry about Monolith Soft not being allowed to make what they want. They expanded massively since 2017, have multiple studios now, and recently confirmed that going forward their main team is focused on Xenoblade as a franchise. There is also a new IP they're supposed to be working on, but I wouldn't be shocked if it _somehow_ gets rebranded a Xenoblade.

Shulk never had any feeling towards Melia though. It was one sided. Therefore can't say it's a war. Usually the guy loves both/all to be consider a war. Here Melia has feelings for shulk but he doesn't. Shulk only sees her as a friend. Nothing more.

How can you possibly not like any of the music from Xenoblade 2. Like Incoming, Mor Ardain - roaming the wastes, Monster surprised you, death match with Torna, it may not all be as memorable but almost every song in that game is without a doubt a bop, and you don't have to deal with the worst song in the game jumping in to interrupt some of the best ones like with the vision tag breaking

THAT's where the 'we use our power to fell a god' random dialogue comes from!" but you...didn't really go into anything like that. Glad you loved the music, it's one of the best OSTs. You should check out the original Engage the Enemy if you haven't. They sadly ruined it in the remaster and the original isn't available even when you choose to use the original music in the game.
