Today we're touring at a brand new construction single family home in Arlington, Virginia. Quite an impressive luxury home we have here, both inside and out. The builders did a great job on the outside by creating an exterior which is both contemporary as well as inviting. Lots of natural light paired with a lighter hue color scheme makes for a bright and cheerful interior. You'll notice a handful of more bold and daring elements placed into the home which you typically wouldn't expect to find, but it works so well.

This is gorgeous! Modern but still very warm and inviting! Absolutely! Love it! Have the builders done any projects out of state?

does it effect the property value when you have a brand new construction home in the middle of a block with older style homes? It'll clearly stand out but does that effect resale value?
That's a good question and I would say it depends on a couple of factors: 1) The region where this is occuring & 2) Are there other homes of like-kind in the neighborhood. Our area VERY commonly has neighborhoods with large new construction properties mixed among older 1950s ramblers. Here, it's accepted and expected that this will occur, so resale is not hindered. There are some caveats though: You don't want to be the ONLY luxury home in a neighborhood of older properties.... I like to see at least ~30% of the neighborhood with new property. This shows that the builders and developers are commited to renewing the neighborhood. Also, it would be ideal that your direct neighbors have maintained their properties is a nice fashion (They can be old, you just don't want to see a junkyard sitting in their lawn.) Pride of ownership, no matter what age of the home, goes a long way in keeping the value of all homes on the street.

The house is beautiful. I just wish that the wooden floor was some other kind, similar to what you see in luxurious Florida and California houses.

I'm not 👀 looking for political reasons, but, I 🤔 think that the price isn't fairly so beautiful to pay for the beautiful rich as in clean 👀 looking housing. 👉 I'm not saying to tell the advertiser's what to do, I'm just being real, real honest to be respectful to say the truth also that people are suppose to make real helpful, real beautiful, real peaceful, real comfortable naturally person/s not supposed to make unfair, unreal of dishonest lies to make trouble and or to make uncomfortable and or stressful payments to cant rest nor sleep right in housing that each person's require for some privacy, to rest, for sleep and to be in or go to on not so pleasant rainy and or cold and or stormy weather days and or nights advertiser/s are not supposed to pretend by their acting to sell or advertising not fair and or unreal dishonest mortgage and or cost mean to not be for fair of natural of real beautiful doing and or of real helpful doing for persons to live right fairly and peacefully by.✌️
