I'm so happy for this, thank you so much for sharing with us. I'm not a professional gumpaste artist, I learn from you as you go along and practice what you teach. You explain everything so we'll, you are truly a great teacher.

It is true, I made a unicorn cake recently with a lot of details, refrigerated it overnight and took it out at room temp for 3 hours. The details made with Maco Paste did not melt, bleed nor moisten. The colors of the details actually became more vibrant after refrigerating overnight. I love using it, rain or shine, it will not let you down. This is definitely a game changer and so easy to achieve darker colors like red, black and navy blue.

Living in central Queensland Australia it is very humid and I have the usual problems with gumpaste and fondant. Tried your recipe yesterday and started making flowers today. I was very impressed. My flowers have set hard and is very easy to work with. Thank you.

I tried this recipe and it is fantastic for the very humid Malaysian weather. I don't have to worry about ants and it dried in a day. Cheap and still edible, though no one etas as it is so hard.
