Puede q tengas la presión arterial alta y por eso te duele la cabeza asi me paso a mi cuando estaba embarazada y si sigues asi es mejor vayas al medico xq te puede dar preclancia y es muy peligroso a me dio y casi muero 😮

And please cover your head from the sun. You need a hat or umbrella. I think you're getting too dehydrated from perspiring so much. That can give you bad headaches, nausea, & can make you weak. The watermelon is good as it has a lot of water but watch your sugar intake. God be with you & protect you & your baby. ❤️
