I am not impressed with customer service. When I had questions, the guy told me to ask a neighbor or someone to help me. Yeah!! I don't still understand how it totally works with settings. It was a Christmas gift in 2023.

Blink is one step above a toy: slow, useless audio if you have wind, trying to have a conversation with someone at the door would be quicker by USPS. Waste of money.
