I am a victim of sexual assault committed by a retired state trooper. I reported it and was approached on the street several times by other retired officers wanting to know what I intended to do in the case. I was baffled how they knew where I was. I suspected my new iPhone. I now know. They also knew my conversations as they were repeated back to me. I live in fear due to this abuse of power I am a victim of a life changing crime and these Criminal officers are getting away with stalking and intimidation. Why hasn't this been a news worthy issue. Police abusing there authority to protect a criminal.

They intercept and track ALL cellular telephone calls within range. That is clearly a violation of the 4th Amendment. That seems like police are on random fishing expeditions not limited surveillance conducted according to a search warrant. A search warrant must restrict them to tracking and bugging a specific telephone number not scanning every cellular number within range.

      @liquidbraino 2 года назад +21

That's not how it works. Cell phones can connect to multiple towers all at once. Up to six even with the older technology (3G) and they do by default anyway.

    • @germanjohn5626
      @germanjohn5626 2 года назад +20

There is something called a capture effect. A cell site is not very powerful by design, it can't be since it has to balance a fine line between the transmit power of the signal and the receive signal. A cell phone has comparatively very low power. Some of them are extreme low to facilitate longer battery life. So if the cell tower had too much output power, the phone would be able to hear it but the site would not be able to hear the phone. Since a cell phone by design locks on to the strongest signal it sees any device that is closer to and gets captured by it even if it a weak unlicensed part 15 low power device it will be able to capture your phone. Stingray will not work if you are very close to an existing cell tower and the sting ray device is away from it. Criminals have gotten wise to that and many stand right in the main beam close to the tower so that other devices can not capture their phones.

Here we are in 2023 I can only imagine the upgrades that have been made. agencies have to sign NDAs to even purchase the device, that alone says a lot! There’s so much more to it than what’s being revealed to the public. Wow.

The sheriff saying "when a general goes into battle, he doesn't give out his battle plan"
This is a mindset that needs to be scrubbed from all police departments, this is America, you are state law enforcement officers, you are not at war, we are not your enemy, we are citizens of the U.S., this is not a war or conflict zone.
I completely understand some people say things like "the war on drugs", but the militarization of our police has now given them the idea that they are fighting a war and the population is the enemy, this is ridiculous that we allow this to go on. They won't talk about these devices because they know exactly what they do and they don't want to be sued.
I believe all police departments should start having new training programs, there needs to be more de-escalation training, they shouldn't be showing up to alot of situations with full tactical gear and APC's with a 20mm cannon. We need to pass laws to stop these private military companies from selling war equipment to our local police departments, why does any police department need those Big Bear Armoured Vehicles??
Departments are starting to have better gear than some of our troops overseas. If we don't stop this now, pretty soon they will be flying mini drones around EVERYWHERE and you will not be able to go anywhere, without being followed with a livestream to police HQ.
But the first thing we fix, needs to be the mindset, YOU are NOT at war and WE are NOT the enemy!!

We're balls deep in this now pardon the expression. The only thing we can do now is knock their spy drones out the air when we see em and wave to the cameras every time we're in public. The "I don't care what people say' says everything that needs to be said and the line about a general making his plans available is equally troublesome. It’s gone further than law enforcement, here in Oklahoma. When Covid set in here, and things were shutting down, etc, if you were tested positive for Covid, the next day you got a call from the health department asking you questions about your symptoms, where you’ve been, and around who else. I had no symptoms, felt great. Two days later I went to a different location and tested negative. The next day I went next town over, and tested negative. I assumed I had a false positive the first time, since I tested negative twice in the same week.
Next day I was at Walmart and my phone rang, it was the health department asking me why I was not at home quarantined. They knew where I was at, tracked my cell phone. Told me first time is a warning, second time I’ll be fined up to $1500, and jail time. Misdemeanor charge.
I found out they were trying out this device in 4 counties here, and mine was one of the four. I was shocked, but I understand that they are trying to prevent the spread of Covid. Several people were fined for this reason, and I’m sure this is the same device talked about here.

The secracy is there for a reason they dont want you to know that they have the tech and can use it without the courts even knowing. Where are these devices located? at the police department or do they have them in a locker somewhere at the courts house? When the cops take them out their cases and turn them on who's watching and doing the oversight that they are using them accordingly to the letter of the law. Who's policing the police?? do you realy think they get a warrant every time? Warrants are only needed if you want what you find out to be used as evidence in court. But you can always find that evidence in other ways if you know what you are looking for ahead of time. This machine is more likely used in that manner.. this is a intelligence gathering tool not a evidence gathering tool.. U don't believe they spent 200k on a paperweight do you? when you give someone absolute power it will absolutely corrupt them and it doesn't matter how good, honest, righteous or professional the person was till that point. The outcome is always the same. You give the power and it's not a matter if it will be misused but a matter of when it will be misused. This is why the founding fathers wrote that we need a bloody revolution every 12 years to preserve the rights of the people.. the roots of the tree of liberty need the blood of tyrants to grow.. they didn't write that lightly. Washington was so loved he could have been a life time president yet he was pure and good enough to walk away after a few years.. Lead by example. you think today's politicians would do that if term limits were removed? Wake up

“Title 28 USC 1602-1611 ( Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act ) allows the jurisdiction of a court to be challenged, and a demand of proper jurisdiction to be stated.”
“July 27, 1868, 15 Statutes at Large Chapter 249 Section 1 “Acts Concerning American Citizens in a Foreign State,” expatriation, is what is broken when jurisdiction is demanded, and is not met with an answer.”
“In 1933, elected officials and the alleged “country” have been given to the United Nations Government system. Under Senator Barack Hussein Obama’s Bill, SB2433, the Poverty Act of 2007, the UN military forces can step on American soil to confiscate weapons from U.S. citizens. Under the Bush Administration, B.A.R. Attorney General Ashcroft and Haliburton established FEMA Concentration Camps for U.S. citizens who refuse the new world order/one world government.”
That the International Organization Immunities Act of 12-9-1945 - - Congress relinquished every public office over to the UN. Local governments up to the president fall under UN jurisdiction. Congress gave the UN the right to dictate what laws will be international & gave them the right to tax the States.
“That the International Reorganization Rescind Act- Congress put this into form but they never took action to rescind the act. Fairly recently an Ohio judge filed suit claiming that Congress did not have the right to relinquish government authority over to the UN (a corporation or foreign country) and that the Congressional act was a constitutional violation because they didn’t put it to the States or the people to agree on it. In 2005 the US Supreme court declined to hear the case therefore all public offices are under UN jurisdiction & they are not American Citizens.”
“That the Oath of Office - Title 5 USC 331, 332, 333 backed up by Title 22 CFR Foreign Relations 92.12 - 92.31 and Title 8 USC, section 1481 - the public official relinquishes his national citizenship and are thus foreign agents as stipulated under Title 22 USC, chapter 11, section 611, loss of national citizenship - Public officials are no longer US Citizens, but rather are foreign agents and must register as such.”
“That Title 28 USC CHAPTER 176 - FEDERAL DEBT COLLECTION PROCEDURE.
The Federal Debt Collection Procedure places all courts under equity and commerce and under the International Monetary Fund.”
“That in 1950 81st Congress investigated the Lawyers Guild and determined that the B.A.R. Association is founded and run by communists under definition. Thus any elected official that is a member of the B.A.R. will only be loyal to the B.A.R. and not the people.”

Here is the issue, intercepting calls or electronic messages is ILEGAL unless and until a court issues a warrant to allow law enforcement to do so, this is Federal AND STATE level. Additionally, the US Supreme Court has ruled on this ILLEGALITY many times even going farther by limiting cell tower location data the same way. This is why there is so much secrecy around this. They KNOW they are violating the law, they know they are intercepting illegally even non-targeted electronic messages and conversations, and even the companies that sell the devices KNOW it is in violation of the law and the Constitutions, both State and Federal. These are criminal acts pursuant to many laws, the best being 18 USC sections 241 and 242.

Then go back to the station to sort through everything looking for anyone that MIGHT be doing something illegal. When they picked the people they wanted, they would use the information to either fabricate an "anonymous" tip or use the illegally obtained info to set up a different way of "accidentally" finding the illegal activity.

I am not saying we don't need special investigation units for organized crime and such but that is why we have an FBI. Police act more like spies and mercenaries these days then someone you can go to for help. It can only end bad.

(Planting a seed hoping it gets through)How do you wake up the world's population to realize that under the system we let take over starting way before last century has kept all of us as prisoners of war. Start with this: the democratic systems functioning under the UCC codes and statutes (color of law) using a tripartite government (district of Columbia: U.S. military/ force, district of London: Britain Empire/ Land patent bank, Vatican City/ Rome papacy supreme Ruler under divine authority, mind body soul) you dont even own the child that came out of your own body much less property you have willfully signed over, you are property (a citizen) and you have consented. Ignorance of consenting contracts and willfully engaging in commerce is not a valid standing in any of today's courts. No one wants a history lesson and you blindly sign. A great learned man once said, the people always get the government they deserve. It will take the world to change it now. The constitution doesnt apply to any citizen. Our ancestors sold there freedom, and everyone after, for amended liberties. You think that statue was put in New York because your free? Learn the language through an in depth study of eytomolgical law terms and how they apply to you as a citizen. "Police officers" are officers under the Color of law. They enforce this system. They are not a constable, which are peace enforcers.

December 26, 1933 49 Statute 3097 Treaty Series 881 ( Convention on Rights and Duties of States ) stated CONGRESS replaced STATUTES with international law, placing all STATES underinternational law.”
“December 9, 1945, the International Organization Immunities Act relinquished every public office of United States to United Nations.”
“22 Code on Federal Regulations/CFR 92.12-92.31 FR Heading “Foreign Relationship” states that an oath is required to take office.”
“Title 8 USC 1481 states once an oath of office is taken, citizenship is relinquished, thus one becomes a foreign entity, agency, or state. That means every public office is a foreign state, including all political subdivisions. (i.e. every single court is considered a separate foreign entity).”
“Title 22 USC (Foreign relations and Intercourse) Chapter 11 identifies all public officials as foreign agents.”
“Title 28 USC 3002 Section 15A states United States is a Federal Corporation and not a government, including the Judicial Procedural Section.”
“Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) 4j states that the Court jurisdiction and immunity fall under a foreign state.”

In 1986 I was approached by the North Carolina SBI and IRS about what it would take to do what this stingray is now doing. I also helped law enforcement catch few bad guys by tracking stolen phones using signal strength off different towers. Stingray is just the latest gadget for something that has been going on for over 25 years. There has never been a period where your cell phone was a secure communication device. If you put it in the air, anybody can pick it up. That's just the facts.

Satellite radio and DirecTV are other examples of wireless tech. I could argue that these waves go over the air and land on MY roof, so if I figure out a way to decode them for myself, that should be my business. But it's not so. It has been successfully argued that DMCA would be violated and that I can go to Federal prison for having a hacked satellite box. Why? By virtue of the signal being encrypted "automatically" means that it wasn't meant for me unless I paid for it.

As I responded to an idiot here: I think the problem arises when you consider what may happen if the government ever happens to become more totalitarian. Finding kidnapped loved ones is great. But a government with all the tools in place to become an unstoppable and inescapable dictatorship is not so great. My ultimate concern with things like globalism and intrusive technology is that the institutions we live under are already made essentially omnipotent and omniscient by them. These institutions (I.e., corporations and governments) are such that, if they so desired, they could become incredibly more powerful regimes than, say, Stalinist Russia or Nazi Germany ever aspired to be. When your Amazon reading lists, phone records, texts, and internet browser histories are so easily accessible, that sets you up for an authoritarianism that simply cannot be stopped. When a society allows these technologies to proliferate and become utilized by the institutions that control us, that society is betting its very continuance and existence solely on the faith that those institutions will act in good faith. The problem with doing that, however, is that history very clearly informs us of the fact that that rarely, if ever, happens. Today, this technology is used to find bad guys who robbed you; tomorrow, this same technology is used to find "bad guys" who disagree with corporations and governments.

They do exist. I was resting at a rest stop but had to leave because of shady people. As I started up my car to leave I've noticed 2 deputies circling around other vehicles but stopped when I was leaving. I started leaving and those 2 deputies proceed back to their squad cars and began to tail me. They had nothing so they u-turned away from me. I found an active parking lot to rest some more only to be harassed by the two same deputies that were at the rest stop. What was suspicious about the whole situation was that there was no way these deputies could have known I was there unless they have followed me from A-to-B. LAW ENFORCEMENT have became a weapon against the people they swore to protect. This is why I dislike LAW ENFORCEMENT and must be abolished and re-institute new guards under a act I would like to call, "HONOR YOUR OATH ACT". We talked about it for 2 minutes that day and I never looked anything above ground pool related before or after that convo. For a week straight I was getting ads on RUclips for above ground pools. Another time I was hanging out with my neighbors who are both English and Spanish fluent but only speak to their family in Spanish. For about a week straight all of the commercials RUclips would run were in Spanish, even the commercials I had seen that were the exact same only in English. Never looked up anything Spanish language related. I’m not saying it’s logging and storing word for word convos but it definitely is listening for key words and analyzing my convos. Be careful what you say out loud. Someone/something is definitely listening

We used to trust the authorities but its obvious that they are no longer our protectors. As long as people keep applying to join their gangs, the more enslaved and oppressed we will become. This is not to be taken lightly America, do not be afraid, fight back! Protect your families, protect your rights, let the Judges of our Cities/States/Counrty help you because they will! They are the only ones we can trust unfortunately. Please, please dont just roll over or look the other way if you see someone else being violated by Police or anyone else. Offer the defendant your testimony in the court of law. Until we start sticking together and fighting back, they will continue to prey on the "weak" and instill fear in us as long as we let them! Lets go America! Men, put your big boy pants on, ladies, put your hair up, brothers and sisters, stick together. The good outweigh the bad by far, and we always will!! This is what America is all about!

These devices work on 2g bandwidth, you ever notice a plane flying over or being in a very good reception area and your phone suddenly dropping to 2g and staying there. Chances are you have connected to one of these devices without even realizing it. Disable 2g on your phone some androids have the option in network settings, others have a secret menu. You can find a video on how it's accessed

Law enforcement personnel are gonna always try to find a loop hole to get what they want or need. When you as a citizen exercise your rights they see you as challenging them. I have dealt with two that were bias. You can talk to IA, there superior or the media, etc. But if you do I wish you much success.

I don't own a smart phone and i never will. I have a cheap Trac phone and 99 percent of the time i keep it in a metal can with a tight lid so the frequencies cannot go thro to it and they cannot track me thro the cell phone. I only take it out 3-4x a day to check texts and then back in the can. I don't have a lot of people calling/texting me so it doesn't matter that the phone is off and inside a metal can. If they someday get rid of landlines and force us to have smart phones then i will never get one. In an emergency i will borrow someone elses phone like to call AAA if the car breaks down. I do think that someday landline phones will be gone. It's too bad cuz the cell phones put radiation right into our brain and rewires our brain waves!

The difference is that there is a degree of anonymity. The only information the government will have on my account is that a RUclipsr named "Captain Obvious" who lives at 123 Sesame Street typed a comment while connected to a VPN. They don't know who I am, or where I live. But most importantly, I'm sure they don't care.

So if that’s the case why don’t they use it to get a lead on missing ppl .

    • @TheCoatneyadkins
      @TheCoatneyadkins 5 лет назад

Because they would have to know where the missing ppl where at to begin with, it only interrupts a signal between the user and the tower. ..so they would have to know between which two cell towers the one missing person is and then wait for them to use their cell phone, then sort through who's who among the thousands and thousands of ppl using their phones in the same area. ..

The person has to be using thier phone, it has to be powered on and the location also has to be on. Many 911 systems use it if they can afford it.

Because it's not profitable..... but then making backdoor deals with drug cartels helping bring the drugs over here and then making laws to lock people up is very profitable.

Increase copper intake with foods and use copper to store and drink water from. Wear copper and silver jewelry. Excellent conductors. You're welcome. This secret info nearly cost me my life...

Plot twist, the person could be driving an old-school car and not be having a smartphone on them, so how would law enforcement be using Stingray to track them now?
