First, 2 months eat plant based (this will get your body to start functioning normally and reduce sugar addiction, if you're trying to fast and your body has to fix all the other garbage at the same time you're results will be minimal). Then do three days of veggies only before the fast to reduce calorie shock. I wrote two pages of questions I wanted answered before I starved myself to see what med research there was on starvation, and eventually stumbled upon a RUclips video called (The science of fasting). They answered almost everything, I just had to see if their research was sound (but I knew it was the nature's cure the human species evolved with). I am a firm believer now and have other questions, like if eating low calorie diet is healthy, and fasting halts cellular activity, can the body fast 1 week each month and extend one's own life a week each month. And what foods to eat and how long it will take to bring the body back to the proper nutrient levels to start the next fast. From what research I found, every single cell closes down to protect itself from nutrient loss, only certain vitamin are reduced. I think most people could live into the 100+ range it they are eating the low calorie evolutionary diet.
That was interesting, I am glad that fasting has worked so well for you. I was a little confused about your story of 'natural gas' leaking, and its relationship with your autoimmune condition. It's grown in large factories. Still, it's whole-yeast, a nice taste-maker (cheesy) & shown to be healthy. It's a traditional stapel in the vegan community & since B12 is added, it's a way to have that in your diet without having to pop pills. Since the taste is somewhat reminiscent of cheese, it's a help in cooking vegan when you miss the cheese-taste. However, you can probably get the same health benefits by eating mushrooms regularly & taking your daily/weekly vit b12 pill.
I'm currently planning my meals in order to transition into HFPB diet but I'd like to know a little more about the heavy metals and how to manage their risks on a plant diet. Seeds in particular seem quite high in cadmium and especially nickel and the Finnish authorities recommend daily consumption of only 15 grams in total per day. That sounds really low. Should vegans be vary of their seed consumption or does a balanced vegan diet come with plenty protective ingredients to boot? I'm not sure if this is a proper place to place a question but I'm assuming these lives happen at an unfortunate hour for me so I'll just place it here.
I'll jump in here to say that seeds need not be in your diet, or if so, in small amounts. Are you thinknig of healthier seeds like sunflower seeds and flax seeds? Maybe you have high cadmium soils in Nordic areas? I have not heard these to be problematic, but I eat few seeds, am more likely to pop some walnuts, almonds or pumpkin seeds (are these thought to be high in cadmium/nickel? Love to hear your response. Meanwhile one can eat quite well by leaning on legumes of all types, with some rice (for complete protein), LOTS of leafy greens of all types, all the brassicas, potatos, peppers, etc etc. I don't think you should get wigged out, and there's not need to start measuring everything. The hard part is saying 'no' to your lovely dairy and meat . . . and I admit this is tough. But it's most definitely a step toward much greater health, particularly cardiovascular health! Good luck (I am still working on removing meat, I am very thin, and the density of calories seems kind of necessary - OR I need to cook/eat ALL of the time! ) Good luck, and enjoy the new foods you try!
Dr. Barnard's response on fasting was balanced and fair. Fasting lets your body rest, and that's the main benefit, but it needs to be undertaken in a supervised setting or according to a plan supervised by a medical practitioner.
Hello, I just found your channel and I like what I see. I have Sickle Cell Anemia ( SS type) and I really would like to learn the best way to fast for my health but most of all because of spiritual reasons. I have been asking for a nutritionist for years but I was never sent to one by my doctor's. Is there any advice besides not to fast that any of the doctors from your channel can give? It is ok to message me on Facebook Messenger so that I don't miss any responses. Thank you all in advance.
There is a place called True North Health out in Santa Rosa California. They specialize in water fasting for healing. Dr. Alan Goldberg has his patients go plant based diets also for healing. Maybe you can give them a call and get some information from them about it
Organic aronia berries. His heat antioxidants, high in vitamin C and low in sugar. I am harvesting 700 bushes, making pure juice but do you think I can convince people that they need this for their health. It’s a no brainer but because the berries are tart people don’t want them but I juice them and add a little honey. Maybe two ounces a day as a shot and I reckon it helps keep the virus away etc
I've really been liking the video, but when you get to the section mentioned below, I'm left wondering a little. 18.39 plant protein blocks seratonin??? Can you see if Dr Barnard can clear up what he said for me please? *Because as I understand it to be, Seratonin makes you feel happy, good and relaxed during the day not sleepy at night time per sai* *Melatonin* is produced from *Seratonin* and it's *Melatonin* that is the Night Time neurotransmitter, which helps you to sleep during the hours when the sun has gone down and when it comes up again. This is usually turned off when you awake in the mornings and *Seratonin* then kicks back in to help you feel relaxed and happy etc. *This is the reason SSRI anti depressants are made the way they're made. The chemicals block the re uptake of seratonin so as it stays longer in the brain in order to make you feel better, calmer, happier. Most people who are depressed don't have a lot of Seratonin, hence the blocking of it in the brain and why it takes awhile to kick in before people start to feel happier within themselves when they are on SSRI's* ...SSRI = Selective Seratonin Reuptake Inhibitors... Lovan for instance. *I think he maybe just made a mistake, after all we are all only human right? Maybe you could get Dr. Barnard to explain this a bit better* ? Plus, *I'd really like to know* if plant protein &/or other types of protein actually does turn off *Seratonin OR Melatonin* in the mornings...!!! It'd be interesting to know. *Thanks ... Lee*
Fasting needs to be supervised, with blood pressure and blood sugar closely monitored, because Fasting can cause your cortisol, blood pressure, and blood sugar to Increase for some people, as the body's way of giving you the energy to go get food when you have not had any for so long. This is why many people talk about how good and energized they feel when fasting.
I missed this live! 😞. I’m having trouble with my diet. I have narcolepsy and I’m hoping switching up my diet a bit will help with my sleepiness. I eat WFPB. Any suggestions?
Wow, well, if you take it in moderation, Moringa (organic leaves, made into powder) powder will perk you right up. I recommend you start slowly . . . for me, 1/4 tsp is enough to totally charge my entire day. And it is a superfood - right up there with sulforaphane. Check it out. (other tips, avoid the carbs, go heavy into the leafy greens . . . nothing but high energy there...)
Finding out a lot of vegan restaurant use to much oil . Getting a better understanding of what WFPB really means . Whole foods plant based high fiber nutritionally dence diet all real food straight out the ground plants some cooked in water only
I have a question. Tofu has a lot of preservatives such as citric acid, potassium sorbate etc are these ok or should tofu be avoided because of these ingredients?
When Chuck said he'd never heard Barnard say that protein can stabilize mood in the morning I said to my husband that Chuck must not have read Barnard's new book as he talks about that in the book.
I really wish they’d post that info in the episode description, like most channels do! It’s hard for non-native speakers and the hard of hearing to get the specifics of the contact info.
Fastening really is good think I'd you want to clean your body from all toxins . I been doing that for couple times and uts works for me. I started do that when I been eaten not so healthy food or when I started have bad stomach feeling. In that days I take from 2 to 4 days just only drinking distilled water. First 2 days you feel tired week and dizziness. But 3 and 4 you don'tfeel anymore hungry you have more energy feel more emotanaly happier and light you just feel good. But what you need to be careful about to start again eat. Because your stomachis alreadybeen clear all bad stufffrom your body you need make sure you get enough light and small portionof food because if you will start eat again more thanyou need you will feel sick. So just per that day try eat littlebit of some salador fruit or palm of nuts. But it's really healthier way if you want make your body mind and soul more clean and healthy. And of course don't forget that everthing is possible if we just want it. You have power to change you minset your health and have way better tomorrow. Be heath strong and get back power.
When doing a fast of just water especially distilled it is very important to get salt around 1/4 teaspoon per day. I've been doing 3 day water fasting for years and found this very helpful.
If you want to lose weight, maybe fasting can work. And I’ve heard of interesting studies of fasting being used to “starve” cancer. But it’s the worse thing to do if you’re an athlete or physically active. It’s been shown to increase muscle wasting
@Aaron Loos Thank you for taking things out of context. Frugivores (when done right) are naturally slender and don't have much excess fat. Excess fat isn't a good thing you know?
@Aaron Loos No no no. I dont eat just fruits. Just for breakfast. I eat lots of nutrient rich starches such as potatoes, brown rice, beans, legumes and other hearty grains along with vegetables and nuts. I've been doing this for over 30 years so I think I got some things right.
Fasting is not a diet. It’s a pause for digestion and healing. Food quality is most important. If you’re just fasting without eating a balanced diet then it’s not going to work.
Along with a plant-based diet, one shall stick to NO SOSAC : no salt, no oil, no sugar, no alcohol, no caffeine. Life can be simple and beautiful if we keep away from all forms of packaged food and ultra-processed produces, be they vegan or not.
the irritable bowel has stopped me from my 3-month veganism. I had very sick stomach pains and a lot of gas. I would like to become vegan again but I am afraid I will suffer again
Get to the root cause of the IBS. Most of the time is over active stress response which can be caused by: associating fears with things in your environment, chronic anxiety. IBS could also be coming from gut dysbiosis in which you’ll need to find a good probiotics to take care of it
You might be better off taking that problem direct to your doctor. Depending on your age, gut pain could be anything from simple food intolerance to diverticulitis and beyond. Maybe you have a soy intolerance. But intolerance of one food shouldn’t mean giving up on the plethora of other plants.
@Aaron Loos I just called you out on your nonsense, and your resorting to telling me to calm down, when I’m calmly just calling you out. No worries here friends
@Aaron Loos You under estimate the power of your words, which doesn’t surprise me, since you think your actions cause no suffering towards living beings. I wish you the best on your journey.
stop saying 0 because everything is a trade off do not shoot for perfection here -> perfection is the main enemy of progress - be mindful of your speech - otherwise you are average -> that's not smart
How do you help the other end of the scale , going the other way , more food for every body else, u know I'm an exercise nut , track , long distance running, bike rides galore , guss what I actuadently did , oops, got myself an ugly tired, hurt legs but they feel a little better cause I been not riding, but it's my stress relief & I smoke stuff instead , child hood drama has a hand in that , & what's the point of not eating animals just to eat things that taste like animals , but r not ? I didn't know til I got grown & married how to eat right , in 05 I quit & became vegetarian, but I don't be hungry very much & am loosing more weight , ? What to do ?
@Aaron Loos I'll ask you the same question: why are you reading/listening to a vegan? I understand killing animals via your methods if you literally had nothing else to eat to sustain your life. They ALL cherry pick, therein lies the problem. Thats why I'm 'everything (actually very rarely red meat) in moderation'.
@Aaron Loos yeah cant even remember the last time I made meatloaf...3 years ago? I hear your point though. Looking an animal in the eye while killing them sounds despicable. Hope you sleep well.
So interesting that he endorses extended fasting , mentions True North clinic , which has received lots of attention from all the plant based sites lately. People fasting water only fasts for up to forty days! And what do you know, THEY DONT DIE! Absolutely NO carbs ,at all, for forty days and they don't die. How can that be? Plant based is always saying that carbs, glucose, is the preferred fuel for the body! And yet, these people survive very well! Well, wonder what they are using for fuel all that time? What? They are burning body FAT? But they have to have glucose to live, oh that's right, the liver makes the one teaspoon of glucose that the body REQUIRES! So, any EXCESS glucose, from excess carbs, gets turned into fat stores by the elevated insulin, which results from excess carbs, which you are eating to CONTROL your diabetes , which is elevated blood glucose poorly controled, which wouldn't have to be controlled if you didn't eat the carbs! Wait, what?
Have you tried to fast? How did you do it? What are the benefits you’ve experienced? Hope you can respond and many thanks in advance for the information ❤️
@@abotkamaytv3373 I've tried quite a few 5-2, 16-8, and the such but the one that really seems to be clicking is 19/5. A 5 hour eating window. My last daily meal is between 4-5 PM.
Question: Do all vegans agree that plant based diet is a recent trend and that you couldn't have been on this kind of diet until let's say 50 years ago because it was impossible to have year round plant food. At least in North America and Europe .
We can live easily on year round food in Europe in the past aswell. Potatoes and kale etc. all grow here. Remember, all plants have all the needed animoacids for humans. Just eat enough calories and you'll hit your protein needs.
Veganism is not a diet. It's a socio- political way of life - the politics of food to enforce & control PETA issues.. plant and herb based eating has been around for centuries in many cultures around around the world... ‼‼⁉️
Moderation is key I would guess. Coconut oil he always says no too, I think. I would guess the whole versions are better like Nuts, Avacado, Olives rather than the oil? That’s why I do but no doctor :)
Avocados are not really 'healthy fat' - and avocado OIL goes rancid before you get it out of the bottle = inflammation. Coconut oil is not recommended, though some hipster types think its the bees knees. Olives are likely the best on the list, if unsalted. I myself choose olive oil (and should use much less of it), and I eat avocados, but try to limit to 1/2 per day, or less. They are high in the 'wrong' omegas, I think omega 6? or 9? Very high, not good - inflammatory. Sorry to say.
@@eugeniebreida1583 we are all experimenting on ourselves, as our understanding of nutrition keeps evolving....which means we dont really know the right answer do we?
Don't FATS help our bodies absorb some nutrients faster more efficiently? What fats does Dr Neal Barnard recommend since he does not recommend COCONUT MILK fats?
As to the absorption, there are tiny amounts of fats in most vegetable matter. As to coconut oil or milk, Dr. Barnard is STRONGLY against using them, and would recommend small amounts of olive oil if you need oil. He also said corn oil, but it would have to be NON hydrogenized and non-gmo/organic . . . again, in very small amounts (I am still working on lowering my oil consumption, as I NEED the extra calories and it is so much easier to pile them on in a Tbsp of peanut butter than making lots of rice and beans . . . ) Good luck! Most Americans can really get by with almost zero additional oil, as you will get plenty in seeds, veggies, fruits and the occasional nut (depending on your need to lose or gain weight)
He has some terrible advice about fat vs carbs. For example at 9:22 he is focused on the fat content of vegan pizza with regards to bodyfat loss and diabetes. The fat is not what spikes insulin when eating vegan pizza. Taking it further down this path, he would be fine with a low-fat angel food cake compared to one full of fat but uses coconut/almond flour and monk fruit sweetener...right? Both are detrimental if you are trying to improve your health, but the latter can and likely will have more callories, but will have less effect on insulin and weight gain. He has some bad advice about oil too, as he promotes vegtable(seed) oil. If you are not familiar with why seed oils are bad, then that may be something you should look into.
I know where you're coming from. On the other hand, I trust this partciular Dr. implicitly. I trust he's got the latest lowdown. I know that oils block the uptake of sugars into the cells, thus his interest in avoiding/minimizing them, for general health and cardio/diabetic issues. The sugar needs to get out of the blood stream. As to the oils, the coconut oil is unhealthy. Some out here argue otherwise, I take Dr Barnard's definitive answer at face value.
@@eugeniebreida1583 could you clarify what you have interest in avoiding/minimizing, as I could not understand if you are talking about avoiding oil or sugar.
Majority of Whole Food Plant Based doctors, do not have or use studies that are tied to the meat, egg, dairy, and even oil industries. Are you familiar with Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn, or Dr. T. Colin Campbell?
We should believe the science, not people. And the science clearly and overwhelmingly points in the direction of plants as the optimal food for humans. More whole plant foods = better health.
Lost all credibility when the “dr” doesn’t know what fasting is. Either you are fasting or not. If you eat, you are not fasting. Vegans don’t like fasting because their blood sugar needs make fasting miserable. On the other hand, when one goes keto and is a fat burner, a 5 day fast or longer if necessary is a piece of cake.

Good luck (I am still working on removing meat, I am very thin, and the density of calories seems kind of necessary - OR I need to cook/eat ALL of the time! )
Good luck, and enjoy the new foods you try!
Dr. Barnard's response on fasting was balanced and fair. Fasting lets your body rest, and that's the main benefit, but it needs to be undertaken in a supervised setting or according to a plan supervised by a medical practitioner.
People been fasting for thousands of years many culture's many religions mind body and spirit
Maybe you can give them a call and get some information from them about it
Thank you!
*Because as I understand it to be, Seratonin makes you feel happy, good and relaxed during the day not sleepy at night time per sai*
*Melatonin* is produced from *Seratonin* and it's *Melatonin* that is the Night Time neurotransmitter, which helps you to sleep during the hours when the sun has gone down and when it comes up again.
Most people who are depressed don't have a lot of Seratonin, hence the blocking of it in the brain and why it takes awhile to kick in before people start to feel happier within themselves when they are on SSRI's*
...SSRI = Selective Seratonin Reuptake Inhibitors...
*Thanks ... Lee*
Camera quality on Dr. B wasn't very good. But info was!
Only been 2 months but down 5 pounds and i cant believe how much easier it is to keep it off
I love your show🥰
Thank you so much. Hot flushes are so annoying!!! Looking farward to learning more
Love this channel and Dr. B! Did he mean MELATONIN or SEROTONIN?
Fasting needs to be supervised, with blood pressure and blood sugar closely monitored, because Fasting can cause your cortisol, blood pressure, and blood sugar to Increase for some people, as the body's way of giving you the energy to go get food when you have not had any for so long. This is why many people talk about how good and energized they feel when fasting.
I missed this live! 😞. I’m having trouble with my diet. I have narcolepsy and I’m hoping switching up my diet a bit will help with my sleepiness. I eat WFPB. Any suggestions?
Drop gluten and eat small meals
Wow, well, if you take it in moderation, Moringa (organic leaves, made into powder) powder will perk you right up. I recommend you start slowly . . . for me, 1/4 tsp is enough to totally charge my entire day. And it is a superfood - right up there with sulforaphane. Check it out.
(other tips, avoid the carbs, go heavy into the leafy greens . . . nothing but high energy there...)
And thank you!!!
where to get b12 from? everyday? as well protein? my daily intake os of tofu, brocciliini and asparagus ?
Finding out a lot of vegan restaurant use to much oil . Getting a better understanding of what WFPB really means . Whole foods plant based high fiber nutritionally dence diet all real food straight out the ground plants some cooked in water only
I’m on a low fat vegan diet and my hdl is extremely low. Should I be worried about it?
I have a question. Tofu has a lot of preservatives such as citric acid, potassium sorbate etc are these ok or should tofu be avoided because of these ingredients?
On a side note, I’d love if you had a piece on the benefits of green banana biomass and why you can only have 2 tablespoons a day.
Any research done on fasting and Parkinson's Disease?
Dang! I’m watching this in 2022. Missed the October 2021 event 😒
Thanks
Naveen.....High Lpa is definitely related to cardiovascular disease. Scary connection
When Chuck said he'd never heard Barnard say that protein can stabilize mood in the morning I said to my husband that Chuck must not have read Barnard's new book as he talks about that in the book.
can we eat coconut flesh whether it is fresh or dried ?
Is curds(yogurt) also to be avoided as it is a diary product. What about it’s probiotic value?
Yes, milk is for a baby cow. Replace it with plant yoghurts
Why my cholesterol sky rocketed up when I went on a 21 day fast. Only drinking water and Apple juice
I don't like eating meat after 3 days. I can't stomach it and I'm not losing weight I am dealing with PCOS what do I do?
Where can I post a question for Dr Barnard, please?
What about raw coconut and pea nut? They contain fat too.
As a vegan who eats fruit meals and not overeat fasting is not necessary. I would be a skeleton
@Aaron Loos Thank you for taking things out of context. Frugivores (when done right) are naturally slender and don't have much excess fat. Excess fat isn't a good thing you know?
@Aaron Loos Yeah, that’s not what was said 🙄
@Aaron Loos No no no. I dont eat just fruits. Just for breakfast. I eat lots of nutrient rich starches such as potatoes, brown rice, beans, legumes and other hearty grains along with vegetables and nuts. I've been doing this for over 30 years so I think I got some things right.
@Aaron Loos people tend to hear what they want to confirm their biases
@Aaron Loos be nice
How much fat including nuts, seeds and oil can you have each day to be considered a low fat diet?
It’s NOT a diet...it’s a lifestyle! Keto is a diet.
Fasting is not a diet. It’s a pause for digestion and healing. Food quality is most important. If you’re just fasting without eating a balanced diet then it’s not going to work.
Spammers love this channel.
Research Dr Longo for the fasting studies info
Along with a plant-based diet, one shall stick to NO SOSAC : no salt, no oil, no sugar, no alcohol, no caffeine. Life can be simple and beautiful if we keep away from all forms of packaged food and ultra-processed produces, be they vegan or not.
the irritable bowel has stopped me from my 3-month veganism. I had very sick stomach pains and a lot of gas. I would like to become vegan again but I am afraid I will suffer again
Don't do it, your body is telling you to stop. I was vegan for three years, carnivore is what your looking for. Good luck 👍
Try looking into a low-FODMAP elimination diet trial to figure out which plant foods are causing your IBS to flare up.
Can you please give any advice on POTS?
@Aaron Loos please don’t waste people’s time.
I think he is talking about something else
@Aaron Loos I see you’re trying to dance around, and justify your rudeness, but you’re not doing well so far.
By principle... organic fruits n veg should b more economic than those not right. Bcoz organic require no chemical costs n it's natural*grown right
Then again, it may be more labor intensive to cultivate organic crops, or the supply and demand equation may be different for organic products, too.
stop saying 0 because everything is a trade off do not shoot for perfection here -> perfection is the main enemy of progress - be mindful of your speech - otherwise you are average -> that's not smart
Dr Bernard are nuts full of glysophates? I drink a lot of almond milk.
@Aaron Loos uh yeah but that doesn't answer my question...
@Aaron Loos Are you???? I'm an, 'everything in moderation'.
@Aaron Loos VERY true! Couldnt agree more. 'We' have so much work to do.
Wait, what?
Always enjoy Dr.B but on this one he showed he's really not up on the benefits of the various fasting options many are experiencing these days.
@@brucebelmore3635 Thanks for the info. Will try this as well. Will start at 16-8 Take care & goodluck
What you’re saying makes sense. I think the advances in nutritional science recognizing the value of a plant exclusive diet the major factor.
Veganism is not a diet. It's a socio- political way of life - the politics of food to enforce & control PETA issues.. plant and herb based eating has been around for centuries in many cultures around around the world...
‼‼⁉️
fasting is real. the long once aren't meant to do all the time. the plant based diet is Gods way of eating. its in the bible, and so is fasting.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Are you saying to avoid all oils? What happened to good fats like avocado, avocado oil, olives, olive oil, coconut oil....???
Moderation is key I would guess. Coconut oil he always says no too, I think. I would guess the whole versions are better like Nuts, Avacado, Olives rather than the oil? That’s why I do but no doctor :)
I understand he recommends eat the actual avocado or eat the coconut- the whole food not the processed oil of the former whole food.
He has poor information about oil/fat when he promots vegtable(seed) oils but looks unfavorably on coconut oil.
Can a vegan diet help with LUPUS?
look up Dr. Brooke goldner she talks about all the health benefits of eating a vegan life style n healing ur body
She also worth a book about lupus
It might also help to be clear that a Whole Food Plant Based diet is what promotes optimal health.
I second the response to look up Dr Brooke Goldner who allegedly cured her lupus with whole food plant based diet.
@Aaron Loos Yes.

He also said corn oil, but it would have to be NON hydrogenized and non-gmo/organic . . . again, in very small amounts (I am still working on lowering my oil consumption, as I NEED the extra calories and it is so much easier to pile them on in a Tbsp of peanut butter than making lots of rice and beans . . . )
Good luck! Most Americans can really get by with almost zero additional oil, as you will get plenty in seeds, veggies, fruits and the occasional nut (depending on your need to lose or gain weight)
The...sugar can't get in because of the fat in the cells, what did he just say?
Intramyocellular lipid causes insulin resistance.
there is no vitamin J - aww man!! hehehee
@@eugeniebreida1583 could you clarify what you have interest in avoiding/minimizing, as I could not understand if you are talking about avoiding oil or sugar.
were you agreeing with seed oil being an issue to avoid, but that coconut should also be avoided because you take this Drs answer at face value?
Who do we believe plant-based food docs or carnivore docs?! 😳
Majority of Whole Food Plant Based doctors, do not have or use studies that are tied to the meat, egg, dairy, and even oil industries. Are you familiar with Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn, or Dr. T. Colin Campbell?
@Aaron Loos …which is why I mentioned Dr. Esselstyn, and Dr. Campbell….?
We should believe the science, not people. And the science clearly and overwhelmingly points in the direction of plants as the optimal food for humans. More whole plant foods = better health.
@@b.porterv7418 Couldn’t have said it better myself.
@Aaron Loos pretty sure RUclips allows for links to be posted.
Canola oil significantly better than olive oil. But all relative, with neither in your diet for best health, but canola the lesser evil for sure.
Why are you promoting low fat foods when
They take the fat out there replacing in with
Synthetic additives which would be even worse for you!
The Bible would not tell us to fast if it was bad for us. You just have to know how to do it.
People been fasting for thousands of years before Christianity Islamic Jewish Religions
This dude is fake he's only in it for the money
