When I was new to wholesaling, I assigned one of my contracts to New Western and made a nice assignment fee.
Good that Kerrel’s mom could join in his business. I also paid for realtor license training for 2 folks on my team and they never completed it. Lesson learned. 😁

So in GA as I do a lot of investing there EMD is not required for equitable interest. Matter of fact the broker is speaking out of his agency lens 👀. Im quite sure legally speaking as long as both parties have a signed agreement that this suffices as “equitable interest”. EMD is meant to act as “ good faith” it’s separate from the terms of agreement
Yes it is. It’s required for a valid contract. It can be a $1 or a chipotle bowl. There needs to be consideration
