@@shesjustafrienduhhafriend8655 you mean the scene where Hank arrests walt In season 3 and Walter Jr takes over the drug trade for his dad in vengeance with his mom watching Jesse closely to make sure he stays loyal to her son? Yeah it's pretty wild.
@@KobaAMyeah that's probably because due to their experiences with Tuco and how intense their situation was, they decided to slow down a bit to let the audience and of course Walt and Jesse breathe a bit before things got worse.

It’s way easier to hide under someone’s nose (despite obvious connections) if you’ve known them for decades as innocent. Walt never showed a glimpse of criminality so it’s understandable hank would never suspect him
This series its only gets better and better.. As Sir Anthony Hopkins said "From what started as a black comedy, descended into a labyrinth of blood, destruction and hell. It was like a great Jacobean, Shakespearian or Greek Tragedy"
I've been watching your reactions for a while now and I just love how genuine and unfiltered they are. Please keep it up. And the shared blanket is so endearing. Shared blanket reactions are the best.
Yea but it almost killed Hank but he opened the door his prints should still be on the car but maybe they never finger printed the passenger door it sucks that neither one thought to take Jesse's bag of money with them they were too panicked thinking it was the cousins coming they forgot about the bag and gun
Prints don't instantly tell you who they belong to. You have to match them so unless Walt's fingerprints where already in their database he would have been fine.
You are the first reactors I see pointing out Walter's mistakes in this episode. Like when he left the rifle in the car when supposedly Tuco's cousins were coming. In the end it turned out to be Hank, who had a shootout with Tuco thanks to Walter leaving that rifle behind.
You guys have an amazing gauge on this show, I love how well you seem to understand the plot and the characters...a lot of reactors miss too much of the character development and the more nuanced parts of the show. But BEWARE OF THE COMMENTS!!!! You guys have amazing predictions and I love hearing them but I really don't want this show to get spoiled for you guys :(
Once you think you know someone, it's very hard to change that. Hank thinks of Walt as a mild mannered science nerd/geek... Walt is literally in Hank's blindspot, (the area where you can't see).
Just watched this show for the first time 4 yrs ago. Cant believe I didn't watch it sooner cause I love it but maybe a good thing since I got to binge it during an amc marathon. One of my favorite jokes in the show is when Hank hypes everyone up and then says they won’t find them, saying it’s all about appearances. I just realized that mindset is how Hank is, keeping up the charming charade even while he crumbles inside.
Never noticed it, but Tuco saying "He was like a brother to me! Never trust the people you love!" runs parallel to Walt and Hank's battle at the end. The writing on this is hands down the best
odd that they think jesse is baby boy but dislike walter. very odd like they completely ignore walts presence until its time for him to do something smart or do something to benefit jesse as if the story doesn't revolve around walt...idk i understand adoring jesse's naiveness but babying a grown man to this extent to the point where u barely talk about walt or sympathize with him is a shame, but then they swoon and adore a racist cop hank and call him best boy when they've seen the way he treats everyone who isn't a white man or women that aren't his family...just nasty
18:31 I was always distracted by the terrible cgi effects of the gunfire in this episode. It's very noticeable that Raymond Cruz is just waving the prop gun around. It's a nitpick, but I had to say it. As you were.
The constant idiotic swooning for Jesse gets really annoying. "Oh my God, Jesse's so great, Jesse does everything, that poor boy, why does all the bad stuff happen to Jesse? Jesse, Jesse, Jesse!"
Your conversation at the end about "a lightbulb and everything will connect." As someone whose watched the whole series, I can't wait to you guys get to that exact moment in the show. @@aor-sn6os For a show themed around toxic masculinity, it has very few women and doesn't always treat them well, writing-wise (being vague to avoid spoilers). As a result, the message isn't as clear as it could be (and a lot of fans of the show miss the point of the ending). How much many fans hate Skyler's character is another indicator of that. So the show undermines itself in that way, just a bit - it tries to say something about men and macho culture but doesn't have enough focus on the female perspective to balance out the inadvertent glorification of violence and macho culture (which is a common problem, it's difficult to make exciting TV about something without making it look cool). Breaking Bad is in many ways a story about gender roles, about crime and masculinity. Literally in the first few episodes we see that Walter is a man who would rather dive face-first into crime than accept life-saving charity from people he thinks are more successful than him. Again, I don't want to talk specifics because spoilers, but the show is ultimately about his two halves - the husband and father who provides for his family, and the criminal who wields money and power, both of them two sides of the Western masculine ideal - in tension with each other. If you don't see this very basic reading of it, then I'm not even sure why you're getting so defensive over the show. It doesn't sound like you understand what it's trying to say. The writers have talked about their surprise at Skyler getting the negative reception she did from the fans, so many of whom see her as the nagging bitch wife who just stands in Walter's way. Clearly, that means there is a case of author intent being incorrectly communicated. That is a writing issue, and it deserves criticism.
