I have a suggestion for you, if you want to actually make it so that people who want to play 4 ever on 1 community, you can add an option on plague hearts spawn in a random location after 2-3 days 4 instance, where its balanced if you wanna wipe them out - you can, and if you want to play extended, you have the plague trying to crawl into your territory again. Etc. Think it might be a cool idea.
Either that or make it so you can disable the "Final" Mission for Leaders, so people who are on Lethal and dont wanna dread through a constant uprising of those, and want to say, bump their community to max members with the Builder but not finish. Can simply ignore the final leader mission. Currently on Lethal I just demoted my Builder after getting max community size, but I get sick of hearing about how "We need a leader" only to have to deal with the constant mission requests.
Greatest Dev Team and Game ever! Hands down one of my all time fav game series and the fact you came back and have done this much work, I have immense respect!! Thank you!! Would love to see more community build updates, like as you progress things upgrade! I would love to the base progress visually over time, besides just you adding in Facilities.
Loved the patch! I've been playing this game since pre launch, its so good to see the love you guys have for this game! I would like to see a barricade patch in the future, its one thing i miss from state 1
I love the update but I wish I could add my own scopes and mags to guns without just finding a gun with that mag or scope on it and maybe adding the ability to craft your own mags or scopes just like the barrel attachments :)))

Yes cant agree more! They could make daybreak worth for farming more points but integrate it into the main game Would be awesome. Like cleo enclaves can give you random defense missions on The maps
I’ve been asking for this since daybreak released. I understand the cost for dlc items, but things like the red talon crafting station items should not cost prestige to craft like the grenades and such in the base game.
Does upgrading an outpost change the visual, cosmetic look of the outpost? For instance would the gun shop get more ammo containers or a weapons rack, etc. Base facilities change between levels, so I'm hoping outposts will too, that would make us really fall in love with certain buildings because they just look so. Dang. Cool. At level 3

The only complaint I have is that ammo storage on your character is kinda ridiculous. Ammo takes up to much storage. The stacks need to be higher like for instance. One stack needs to represent two or three magazines. I think two would be a really good balance so for instance instead of 30 round stacks of 556 it needs to be 60.
@@kingaragornii9940 bruh you didn't understand what he was saying lmao, he's saying they should make it to where more than 1 mag (30 rounds) can fit into a single inventory slot, being able to carry 2 or 3 mags (60-90 rounds) in one slot would be a life saver and make a whole lot more sense since mags aren't big.
@@GenericStatue it wouldn't be fun but they could just use a mechanic where you aren't storing loose bullets but full mags, load mags at base this take less space than scavenged ammo if you run out you have to hope you have time to reload the mags ect. The obvious exception would be shotguns since most aren't mag fed.
Yeah, it was weird to not dodge while aiming, if a blood feral is charging me and i miss the shot he will jump on me and i'm screwed, but if i can dodge while aiming even if i miss the shot i can dodge his jump :D Overall, i am very impressed by all of this and thank you guys for working on SOD2 and making it even better!
Sod team please add a perk that adds better storage of ammunition in your bag because I think it would be realistic if a experienced shooter would have better ways to store ammo than a inexperienced shooter

Haven't played for a couple weeks and just started a new community for the update. IT'S LIKE A WHOLE NEW GAME. Very awesome. Many bugs fixed, much improvements overall, great job and many thanks UL!
i wish the game had an option for no jugg no feral, but a lot of normal or plage zombies and screamers. Cool game btw, here waiting for SoD 3 and hoping it has more QoL for coop on it, like sharing the base inventory and facilities.

Been a fan of Undead Labs since the first State of Decay and of all the games I play, I have put the most hours into this series!! Thank you Undead Labs for being an amazing development team and actually listening to the fan base!!! Can't wait for SoD3!!!
To Undead Labs and the Community: there's a duplication glitch right now with firearm attachments. If you talk to a friendly enclave and open the trade dialogue option, you can remove an equipped muzzle or silencer. However, the dialogue seems to get stuck on this and you will duplicate whatever weapon attachment as many times as attempt to unequip it and for as many open inventory slots. I was trying to sell a weapon which had an advanced suppressor attached to it, but attempted to unequip it, got stuck in dialogue, had to hard exit on the X-Box One dashboard, and reloaded. When I did, I discovered I duplicated my advanced suppressor three times. Hoping this doesn't cause a crash.

Just came back to this game and can honestly say it’s such a breath of fresh air seeing the Devs of this game going just as strong as when it first dropped; can’t wait to see what SoD3 holds in store for us!!
I think you should make the current community a quick play mode that allows you collect boons but if you want to kinda play around in the game without the main objective of taking out the plague hearts
PLEASE give an option to manually holster and unholster my weapons! I love this game so much but if I’m in the middle of a zombie apocalypse I would not be consistently putting my weapon away. Walking around with a weapon at the ready instead of having it bolstered would add so much to the experience. At least for me! I love you guys!
please put a save system less buggy and more expository for those who are playing... and being able to customize the name and clothing of the initial characters would be a good thing.
I'm happy to see that this game can still eat up new ideas.. I think these new features are actually nice, especially the plague territory. If I want to move into a base but it's taken over by that, it gives me something to look forward to because you have to take more risks. The sidearms idea is also a great one, I had never thought of that because it's so basic that it never crossed my mind, but in this game it's a cool feature. This game has been one of my favourites since it came out on xbox.
Still surviving on an old Lethal. Looking forward to my next play beyond that. Lookout towers could do with having their own colour on the map and once surveyed, either change icon to another colour or have a small tick placed beside it
Police uniforms and the vanilla soldier uniforms with gloves and a holster would be cool to add to our guys (personally I like the vanilla army uniforms more than the one we currently have but they'd be better with gloves and a holster)

One way you can make it better for those of us who have kept out community forever is by allowing the legacy in any difficulty. Like I have only beat the game twice because I have wayyyyyy too many good weapons, mods, etc so I have not been able to try out the higher difficulties because I am not going to ever start a new community or ever finish the game with my community again because I wll lose everything not in a toons inventory.
Territories should have been an option. Can't stand it at all. Moved my main sod2 day 1 community to a new map to check out the new update and cant use them. Luckily I had a fresh community started right before the update so I can have fun for a few more weeks. Please give the ability to turn them off.
They need to add bull pup rifles from the first game and it’s dlc Lifeline, they were such cool weapons to use in the game. They brought back lever action rifles recently in the game so why not bring back bullpup rifles like the Micro Dynamic Rifle or the TAR 21 in the game?
Overall having fun with lastest update on x-box but I am having a issue when transferring supply bags into a trunk of a vehicle I keep on putting in my primary weapon instead of the supply bag and, almost got kill few times because I thought I still had my primary weapon on me but, only had my side arm and, run out of bullets. I only have primary ammo left in inventory slots and, no way to circle back on the zombie horde surrounding my vehicle. I had to leaving my vehicle behind on many occasions come back later for it. This may seem a mire plaint but, I'm not impressed with the plag territories, if want the territory I take it with little or no effort. I was sure I had harder time taking out plag hearts before the update. Sorry, hadn't watch through video but, wanted to talk about my play experience before going to bed, good night, stay safe, have fun.
The issues I have with this update is immersion. For 3+ years we've been playing w/o the plague territories and then all of a sudden they're there? Why? How? A back story would be nice for this game altering addition (at least for me it is.) And how is it that we're able to wander through the mist and not get infected? But every other source of infection possibility does infect us? I had/have the same issues with being so close to the plague hearts. If they're gonna keep this update toggle free, then they should add stipulations to entering the mist. For instance; finding a bio suit, mask and filters in a warehouse, road debris, hospital etc., before going in. Would be more believable that way. I don't watch all the live streams so maybe I missed these details if they were explained. Either way, an explainer should be in game.
Is the landmark outpost sniper tower in providence ridge weaker than a base sniper tower? I heard that it was and if thats the case that suuuuuuuuuucks.
Pistol swapping does work in daybreak. And yes the Cleo pistol is underwhelming. Any possible fix to the zombie hordes seeding right in front of the vehicle while driving. Especially the phantom bloater...
I am so happy for the side arm weapon swapping. it helps a lot for me atleast. i would like a tank eventually though. those would be cool. tank battles and zombie armies!😁
I just tried remapping my controller on Xbox since dodge while aiming definately does not work (yes I moved maps) and now it completely screwed up my controls, now after remapping then resetting to default after that messed up aim controls, D-pad right is now fire rate change while aiming since down on the D-pad is "for inventory" even though you can't open your inventory while aiming anyway. What does all this mean now? Well on the Series X controller you CANNOT have dodge/crouch and dodge while aiming equipped, meaning you have to use B to dodge if you want to dodge while aiming and on foot, sacrificing crouch/stealth which is a no go for me.
Guys.. bug fixes, with U25 we traveled back in time to 2018-2019. Quest bugs, glitches, sound issues, geometry problems, and more. U25 is really, really good, but the number of issues it brought back and added some more? Jesus H. Christ...
Too bad I couldn't get in on the test realm. The fog feature around plague hearts sounds intriguing, and I wonder if it could've been included as a difficulty option. But since I'm not sure exactly how it was like playing with the fog, I can't say for sure if that'd be a good idea or not. Perhaps, testing could be extended to the XBox app/Windows Store in the future.
The outposts are so much like bruh I moved to drucker on lethal and wanted the mall base in the north but it was in a plague territory I like how you have to fight to secure something you want but jesus the outposts are expensive
I appreciate the hard work but as an old sod player i'm honestly disapointed! All this new features must be explored on a new map with some new base building posiblities. I was hoping to get a new map on this update but i guess that i need to wait a few more months to come back 😞
...I Personally think to equip/unequip instantly should be a feature because i'm one of those people who switch inventory mid battle making my weight less to quickly kill dodge multiple zombies with my knife then going re-equiping a weapon for normal fights. Is it already a keybind?if so im sorry but if not then make it a feature THANK YOU
hey, i preorded the game way back on the XBox PC app but since the last jugernaut update, i cant use my PS4 controller any more to play state of decay 2? i need to buy it on steam if i wanna play with controller again?
Please fix the fact that you can only kill humans with head shots. Just had my lethal community wiped because even after 6 grenades and god knows how many headshots with a sniper failed to kill a single enemy survivor
I just wanna say I played s.o.d.1 and 2 and they are my favorite games also the free update for 2 that just dropped well done 👏 I love you guys I hope you take your knowledge and apply it for the 3rd one I would like to see better voice acting maybe some short story lines real problems survivors would face in that predicament other wise great job keep up the good work !!!!!!!!
Idk if it's me but horde spawns seem to have gotten a lot bigger lol. I saw a few times after I updated 20+ zeds in hordes. Don't get me wrong makes things more interesting lol
It would be definitely cool if we could get some walking dead bounty loot stuff at the bounty broker I would love to get my survivor to wear daryls angel vest that he wears in the walking dead that would be so cool

Yeah the missions where you help the red talon too would be cool if they hooked you up with a little prestige for helping them.

Please dont spawn zombies near your location especially in the same building that you literally just cleared is so immersive breaking
I didn't get anymore pop in spawns just more zeds walking in the streets so think they fixed it

Add the thick fog to main game, but instead of a plague fog, just a normal white fog

I worked very hard to keep all my guns, most characters had a side arm on them that used a different ammo type than their primary.

A back story would be nice for this game altering addition (at least for me it is.) And how is it that we're able to wander through the mist and not get infected? But every other source of infection possibility does infect us? I had/have the same issues with being so close to the plague hearts.
If they're gonna keep this update toggle free, then they should add stipulations to entering the mist. For instance; finding a bio suit, mask and filters in a warehouse, road debris, hospital etc., before going in. Would be more believable that way. I don't watch all the live streams so maybe I missed these details if they were explained. Either way, an explainer should be in game.

Is the landmark outpost sniper tower in providence ridge weaker than a base sniper tower? I heard that it was and if thats the case that suuuuuuuuuucks.
Pistol swapping does work in daybreak. And yes the Cleo pistol is underwhelming. Any possible fix to the zombie hordes seeding right in front of the vehicle while driving. Especially the phantom bloater...

I am so happy for the side arm weapon swapping. it helps a lot for me atleast. i would like a tank eventually though. those would be cool. tank battles and zombie armies!😁
I just tried remapping my controller on Xbox since dodge while aiming definately does not work (yes I moved maps) and now it completely screwed up my controls, now after remapping then resetting to default after that messed up aim controls, D-pad right is now fire rate change while aiming since down on the D-pad is "for inventory" even though you can't open your inventory while aiming anyway.
What does all this mean now? Well on the Series X controller you CANNOT have dodge/crouch and dodge while aiming equipped, meaning you have to use B to dodge if you want to dodge while aiming and on foot, sacrificing crouch/stealth which is a no go for me.
Great team. Been playing on and off from day one. Thanks for a great game.

Guys.. bug fixes, with U25 we traveled back in time to 2018-2019. Quest bugs, glitches, sound issues, geometry problems, and more. U25 is really, really good, but the number of issues it brought back and added some more? Jesus H. Christ...
Too bad I couldn't get in on the test realm. The fog feature around plague hearts sounds intriguing, and I wonder if it could've been included as a difficulty option. But since I'm not sure exactly how it was like playing with the fog, I can't say for sure if that'd be a good idea or not. Perhaps, testing could be extended to the XBox app/Windows Store in the future.
The issue now is extra pockets for side arm ammo would be nice
If you max out wits and pick resourcefulness (I think) you get a third pocket on your character and you can stack items up to 4 per stack.

The outposts are so much like bruh I moved to drucker on lethal and wanted the mall base in the north but it was in a plague territory I like how you have to fight to secure something you want but jesus the outposts are expensive
horde constantly stuck in rocks and mountain cliffs. if 1 is stuck the rest outside the rock wont move

I wouldn't hold my breath since dead labs might be busy getting stuff together for SOD3.
I appreciate the hard work but as an old sod player i'm honestly disapointed!
All this new features must be explored on a new map with some new base building posiblities.

...I Personally think to equip/unequip instantly should be a feature because i'm one of those people who switch inventory mid battle making my weight less to quickly kill dodge multiple zombies with my knife then going re-equiping a weapon for normal fights. Is it already a keybind?if so im sorry but if not then make it a feature THANK YOU

Please fix the fact that you can only kill humans with head shots. Just had my lethal community wiped because even after 6 grenades and god knows how many headshots with a sniper failed to kill a single enemy survivor
I just wanna say I played s.o.d.1 and 2 and they are my favorite games also the free update for 2 that just dropped well done 👏 I love you guys I hope you take your knowledge and apply it for the 3rd one I would like to see better voice acting maybe some short story lines real problems survivors would face in that predicament other wise great job keep up the good work !!!!!!!!
Idk if it's me but horde spawns seem to have gotten a lot bigger lol. I saw a few times after I updated 20+ zeds in hordes. Don't get me wrong makes things more interesting lol

It would be definitely cool if we could get some walking dead bounty loot stuff at the bounty broker I would love to get my survivor to wear daryls angel vest that he wears in the walking dead that would be so cool
