Great content, as usual. No nonsense 👍 Many beginners 'force' the follow-through as opposed to letting it result from swing to contact. Would be good if you address that at some point.
Very good instruction on forehand . I will study it and work on it. Sometimes when I hit my forehand it still looks like a chicken wing. Is it because my elbow is too close to my body ? Also what's the first move on the right foot ? Pivot or step out ? Thanks.
Thank you! You mean at contact? Yes then elbow is too close to the body. You can step out, pivot or step in. It all depends on the ball you are receiving.
@@broddfelt Yes, I meant at contact point. Thanks for answering my questions. Can you do an instructional video on loading and unloading ground strokes and serve ? Mainly when do you push the ground before you swing ? Thanks again. :):)
I like the boom pro on my forehand. But I’m not that confident on my serve or backhand with it. I like the feeling and power though. I want to try the new Extreme pro as well. Heard good things about it. Especially for one handed backhand.
@broddfelt about the same for me. I too have a one handed backhand and I struggle a bit with the boom pro on that shot. I also have a vcore 98 which I play pretty well with on all shots but the throat feels gross on the one hander... I will be demoing the RF01 Pro tomorrow and a blade 100 with a leather grip. I've always enjoyed head rackets but I'm just not really enjoying any line from them in general.

Thanks great coaching

Curious what racquet you're using in this video.
@@Sinisterg60 in this video I’m testing out Head MP Speed. I really liked it after adding some weight to it.
@@broddfeltthank you! I'm currently using the boom pro. It's a little underspec'd
