Hello guys!! Welcome back to another video and in this video I am at Camborne which is located on the western end of the Cornish Mainline and in this video you see services operated by Great Western Railway only.

Camborne station is quite a decent one in Cornwall which nice views at either end of the station however not a great frequency with a train every 20-30 minutes but thats to be expected in Cornwall. The town on the other hand is a bit shit and rough like many places on the mainline through Cornwall but what can you do. The best variety here is probably around 7-9 am as you can see the sleeper, crosscountry and HSTs at this time but Im not prepared to get up at 5am to do that. Unfortunately some roadworks were going on outside the station so sorry that some of the clips are filled with jackhammer noises!

Brings back some memories of my days at CSM, when I used to get the train back and forward between Newcastle and Camborne. They had introduced a direct 125 service just before I started. I remember the station trolleys had the wrong spelling of Camborne!😆

Awesome trainspotting at Cambone, nice mixture in Cornwall, never seen a 158 or 150's in Cornwall only seen in Exeter or Plymouth, nice to see a few Castle sets, still sound good, picked a good day never been to Cornwall.
Cheers Jamie!! Yea 150s operate all the branches and sometimes Plymouth to Penzance depending on stock availibility. The 150 in this video was only going to Penzance to make way for London to Newquay trains as its all single track. 158s are usually used on one diagram on weekdays and ocaisionally on weekends as theres only so many IETs that GWR can use

great video nice 150 158 800s 802s and castle sets the 43s and sprinters sounded good my fav is the sprinters tho but cool you saw 802109 and 43093
