Isn’t true that if you take the listing off for 30 days that new listing is truly considered new? Also the whole asking price is somewhat skewed because if they initially priced it high and dropped the price significantly .. sure the sale price is with 98% but not of the original list price.

On our board it’s 90 days off the market before a listing resets it’s days on market.
The offer % is calculated by comparing the asking price at the time sold, with the sale price. So you are correct that the number would be different if it was calculated based on the original asking price

@ that’s very interesting since our realtor told us it’s 30 days ( he is from Hamilton), wouldn’t it make more sense for all the boards to be the same?
We just went firm in brantford and we absolutely were able to negotiate with a stake listing with multiple decreases over the past 9 or so months.
