I always enjoy your videos but this time I seem to have missed the sewing the shoulders of the dress which has baffled me.I have never sewn an all in one facing. If you did show this step I can’t find it ,you seemed to go from sewing the facing on leaving the shoulders open to hemming the dress. What have I missed? Help😂

You're right no info on shoulder seam.

@@jackieward8595 it is not clear on the website either. I have been sewing for 60 years, and I tore out my work on the shoulders 3 times so far

Yes I agree. I’ve taken mine out 3 times as well . Getting ready to throw in the bin. Usually you can follow video from start to finish but really disappointed this time.

Such cute dress. I would not have thought to make it in challis. I would like to make it in your "Houndstooth Confetti" or "Darling Daisies" viscose challis. Would the Minerva Exclusive linen viscose blend also work for this pattern? What about your sateen? Thanks, Dianne.

Yes absolutely, our linen viscose blend or cotton sateen would both work wonderfully for this pattern!

Can you have either your camera aimed high or bring the garment down the way your doing it your cutting half the instructions off. Thanks

The part I really wanted to see was how you did the shoulders, and there was no mention of also there was no mention of pressing or overlocking the raw edges. It’s a simple pattern but the vlog would not help beginners.
