Perhaps I could do it even fancier with a tin body & grounding in accordance with the electrical compliance, etc. Doesn’t matter. What I am saying is if you make, for example, a custom item to sell it or for yourself, you can’t buy this custom item anywhere. Therefore, you put effort to make it. A character figure, a nozzle for an airsoft gun-sometimes these are less expensive to make rather then to get from the online. Yet the rotary tool he made is just for plain use. When you need a crescent wrench, you go to the local Home Depot and get yourself a wrench, instead of taking a welder or even a CNC machinery to make one for yourself-because the factory that makes tools is _optimized_ for making the most efficient product for the lowest cost. Even though making a crescent wrench certainly takes some of “something else” to create one. Same here. If you want to learn, no problem, but it’s not gonna be the most efficient way of spending your time & money.

Hi! Nice idea, please which are the specific for the power supply?tnks P.s. I mean, you are using a 24V 5A power supply, but your electric motor is 150W, so your power supply can only supply 120W at maximum output power. It doesn't fit your dremmel (120W= 24V*5A)
I though if you have a drill could just sand down the dremel attachments rod to be like a drill bits (not complete circle so it can grip) and put it in the drill
I have the actual Dremel version of this and after a several minutes of use the hand piece gets so hot that you can't hold it anymore without wearing heavy gloves.
It would work better if you wired the power into the motor properly. You have it the wrong way around the motor is turning backwards hence the burning while drilling.

But you can improve the power supply to 10a (so that it doesn't get loaded too much)
