Depends on the program. In my case, all of the lectures were given in English, so Japanese proficiency was not required.

Q1: What was your major during your bachelor's degree?
Q2: Did you give an IELTS exam for GSEP or something else?
I have mailed my questions to GSEP selection Committee but they aren't responding.

2. I took TOEFL IBT, but IELTS is ok too.

I want to work in Tokyo in an office that uses English. I happen to be a data analyst at a local company in the Hokkaido area.

Do you plan to complete your studies and take PhD if you get a good opportunity like master?
I want to work in Industry for now. But I'm also thinking of getting a PhD in the future :)
