I made a build similar to this a few days ago but retained the 4 heatsinks it came with so I could dakka for longer and had terrible ammo problems as a result, so I switched from 8 Proto AC2s to 6 Proto AC4s, though I haven't tried it since rebuilding yet though so I don't know how good it'll be
When you said the blood asp was bearing ppc and dakka before he shoot, without lock informations, you just show us the gap between players and good players 😅 Well done.
Funny... I should apparently buy something to get this loyalty mech, but I've enjoyed my other novacat's well enough. The hero with set of eight and four ERPPC's been a particular favourite. : D

This has definitely brought the nova cat back to life. Can’t beat high mounts and dakka.
Ah yes... Just came from a game with the pac-2 bane-1 and not having the weapons mounted "in timbuktu" as you say is a big + for the nova cat :D

To be fair it's easier to note these things if you played the builds before and know what they look like. It's very hard to see at range.

I do prefer 4 proto2's with 2 UAC5s. Less DPS in facetime, but a bit more punch up front.
