Homemade and nutritious coconut lodoos😋

- Ingredients:
1. Grated coconut (desiccated coconut) - 2 cups
2. Condensed milk - 1 cup
3. Ghee (clarified butter) - 1 tablespoon
4. Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
5. Almonds or cashews (chopped) - 1/4 cup (optional)
6. Dates
Method:
1. Heat Ghee: Heat the ghee in a pan.
2. Roast Coconut: Add the grated coconut to the hot ghee and roast on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the coconut turns light golden.
3. Add Condensed Milk: Pour in the condensed milk and mix well.
4. Cook the Mixture: Keep stirring the mixture continuously to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Cook it for about 5-7 minutes until it thickens and becomes glossy.
5. Add Cardamom Powder: Stir in the cardamom powder and chopped nuts, mixing well.
6. Cool the Mixture: Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool enough to handle.
7. Form Ladoos: Grease your hands with a little ghee, take small portions of the mixture, and shape them into round ladoos.
8. Decorate: You can roll the prepared ladoos in some more desiccated coconut or sprinkle some nuts on top.
