The PR list seems to be just like how they pick who they send the good mailers too like a free 3 wick. They dont care about the loyal customers bc we already buy n hyper the product. They pick random/ people who dont buy to try to expand. Which I understand wanting to expand n reach out to draw new customers in BUT that doesn't mean they should act like a fck boy who thinks they dont need to do anything now that they have us.

I thought the same thing, on why wouldn't they pick ppl who actually know about BBW and have a passion for it. Like Bren for example, I know she lives in Chicago but she's driven to Ohio for test candles plenty of times. And she's great at reviews! I would've love to see you there as well! I as well noticed there were only girls there, it would've been cool to see it more diverse. I also noticed a few of the beauty bloggers or whatever didn't even post many pics of their trip. It's like they did even truly appreciate it for what it means? Or was it just a whatever thing for them? Hope I make sense lol. Anyway hope to see more from you!!!!! Welcome back. The party wasnt a personal diss as one wants to make it seem. At least i will say I dont feel it was. Im a few states over from Ohio. My photos have been used too I spend thousands a year in there too. The mix to me looked well I saw all ethnicities but these kinds of events cant include every one. I feel her pain but shes caused pain too and is no more worthy to me than you. than me. than everyone else not in attendance. shes making something personal that wasnt. I do feel when they asked to use photos she got cocky and felt entitled when we feel recognized it feels nice. Maybe it was by location or bloggers and vloggers or maybe someone made a suggestion and the bbw team let one plan while they provided. maybe the one who planned simply dont know nicole like she didnt know me when she invited folk to collab the fall line and we had been messaging back and forth the whole time.thats why later I titled mine first uploaded. What i didnt do was make a video called youtubers i may never follow cause i wasnt included it their collab. me and her had talked numerous times through messages but due to my less subbie numbers than hers i was invalid to her. I feel her pain but feel shes making a situation personal that wasnt.sometimes its karma . She wasnt mistreated just simply wasnt invited to a party she isnt restricted from having her own party. I feel her plight but she only mentioned herself and two others not me or all of yall I and we been watching for years there are so many of you candle man. little balladere. bren. shawn. tinadivalicious bad enabler. Queen of girl geeks etc..... however im very glad you spoke on this. Good luck on your classes hang in there youll do great.
I was going to be in like 5 AP classes but now I'm just doing AP Enviromental and 1 college composition class (super easy). Now that i'm busy I don't have a big passion for candles anymore lol

Hi I think there were 51 people in attendance for that Public Relations Getaway. I posted the photo of the group shot, as well as the Santa holding the list of names of all who attended and I think I counted 51. In getting the post ready I searched back on many of the names following where winter candy apple-- led me with her postings and saw each persons likes, and shares as well as the hashtag bathandbodyworkshop....and they, who attended were from all walks of social media as well as District managers and others who are L Brands employees. This was a secret meeting and understandably so... It truly was a trip for a lifetime for those who were blessed to attend it and I thought the entire thing as described by winter as a wonderful experience. I am not jealous in any way and I am surprised at those who are. Really, who are any of us to expect we should be the ones...for anything??? How companies determine who gets to receive their PR is something only they know because as an onlooker it seems so random it never makes sense. Many feel that those who spend a bunch of money on their brand should receive the goodies but I think this PR trip was to reach out to many beauty editors and others who are out of the norm of a "candle community" to get this holiday word out. Honestly, Winters is really the only in depth social media reporting I had seen and I wouldnt have know about it if it wasnt for her. I really dont follow too many beauty bloggers...

I too follow wintercandyappleb and also bath and body works daily find. Those ladies keep me in our store and its mangers follow them now too.
YOU Should’ve been invited and slot of ppl on RUclips and Instagram that have been posting primarily bbw!!! I saw a few of the Instagram pgs of those invited and not ONE BBW photo on their Page. That’s just what I don’t get. Winter candle apple she’s ALL about BBW and obvi why she got invited. Think ppl are bitter for that reason. Same thing with their mailing coupons. They mail a free 3 wick coupon to ppl who never shop but those who spend thousands get a free 4$ hand cream.
