Like in the debilitated Mars example, Jupiter would be exalted in Cancer. If Jupiter is in 1st house, can we say that it is kendra to lagna? And what would be the outcome for someone who has more than one of the 4 combinations of Neechabhang Rajayogas in his chart? Hope to hear from you.
By the rule of neechbhanga - Gemini and Virgo ascendants with Mercury in Pisces will always have Neechabhanga Raja yoga? Eg: Mercury is in Pisces, it gets exalted in Virgo, Lord of Virgo is Mercury and placed in pisces and at angles from the ascendant ie.gemini & virgo?? Sounds bit suspect. :)

No, there are no such rules for GE position or other troubled dignities. Probably these planets are not low enough to push the bounce back that a debilitated planet has. Its the idea that you have to hit rock bottom before making a change. A GE planet has just enough to offer that change is not enough motivated. Remember, people change when there is NOTHING. When we are getting even a little bit from actions that are not great, we keep thinking that oh, what i am doing is working, it just has to work better! But when its completely down, we can't think that and so have to change. Yes, any planet in 10th manifests its bhava more readily, but yes, venus not having digbala in 10th will cause issues relevant to low dig bala.

But what you say about friends around sun can take it out from debilitation or whether dispositor of sun being also debilitataion. Which dasha will be good or bad?
If venus is in angles to sun it will not behave as bad..Jupiter mars will not be able to help significantly because they are not in good dignity specially Jupiter ..if venus is with sun ...it's neechbhanga and powerful
The Jupiter/ lik-a-gen example is a bad example. not only, that I don't know how to spell lik-a-gen. It not something that I consciously use in my daily life. No body runs with a lik-a-gen meter, or lik-a-gen regulator. So, the example is something that you can only relate to on an intellectual level, if you studied western anatomy and physiology, and agree with its teachings. So this example is only going to make sense to about 10% of the people listening to the video. of that 10% of the listeners who think they understand that example over 50% of them will be lying.
