Great video! Tri is far more impressive than other sports. It takes a great deal of skill and determination to do a 2.4 swim, 112 mile bike ride, and 26.2 mile run (full Ironman) in inopportune heat and humidity conditions. These people are superhuman! :)

1.Die Sehnsucht nach Bewegung, woher kommt sie? Schon so mancher hat darüber philosophiert ob die Bewegung nicht der Sinn des Lebens sei, was aber keiner weiß, Bewegung ist tatsächlich eine physikalische Notwendigkeit des Lebens. Wer sich nicht bewegt altert schneller, stirbt eher.
