    Aapne jo tube use ki me usi tube ko jo cream coloured rubber hoti he usko dhakkan me chhota hole karke daal deta hu... aur dusri side chhoti bottle me paani me.... uska bahot mast fermentation hota he aur Air bubble bhi hote he.... aap bhi aisa kijiye... usse wine me oxygenation kaa chance nahi rehta.

      Have you used potassium metabisulfite, if yes in that case you may have added little extra quantity.
      There is nothing to worry about, just add little yeast again tomorrow in the morning.

      @@ShokeenRavinder Thank you Sir for the advise. Fermentation started after adding little more yeast and sugar syrup. Maybe the mangoes were very sour.

Aap iss ko theak krne k leye bade container mein.... container ko sterilize krne k baad daal kr 2 ltr paani ubaal kr thanda kr k add kr dejeye, saath mein aadhe papete se thode kum papete k chilke ko gungune pani se dho kr daal dejeye (sirf chilka lena hein papeta nahi .... Chilka thoda kum ya jyada ho jaye tuo bhi chale ga ... Pakke papete ka chilka lai sakte hein) .... Container na ho to pepsi ya cock ki bottles ka bhi istemaal kr sakte hein ...... Bottles pr airlock ki jaghe balloon laga sakte hein .... Dubara fermentation k leye rakheye .... Fermentation shuru na ho to thoda yeast daalye ga..... Fermentation process k baad wine clean hone k baad he pejeye ga ..... 12% k aas pass alcohol aap ko miljayegi wine mein.

    सर मैंने मैंगो वाइन 22 तारीख को बनने के लिए रखी थी मगर मुझे yeast नहीं मिला था तो मैंने बेकरीवाला yeast dal कर पर उसे फर्मेंटेशन बहुत ही ज्यादा स्लो रहा अभी मैंने ऑनलाइन yeast मंगाई है या मेरे को आज जब मैं आपको मैसेज कर रहा हूं तब मेरे को 10 दिन हो चुके हैं तो क्या मैं दूसरा वाला yeast डाल सकता हूं या उसी को चलने दूंगा अभी

      What is the normal temprature at ur place anyways u can try by keeping heating pad near to wine container and cover both of them with blanket and make sure heating pad should not touch the container. I am not sure but that may can help to increase suitable temprature for fermenting wine.

      How Much Sugar Have You Added to Your Mango Liquor? You should add a little more water to your wine and keep it for further fermentation. Mango itself contains a lot of fruit sugar, so you should add less sugar to your wine if you are using more fruit.

    Maine ek plastic bottle liya tha 500 ml ka....aur usme mango, pani aur chini ek sath grand karke daal diya tha....fhir usme yeast thoda garam pani mein active karke daal diya tha.....aur upar air tight karne ke liye normal Ballon sui se ched karke lagaya, phir uske upar condom laga ke rubber se acche se tight kar diya....roz thoda thoda hilata hun.....paar khola nehi.....par yeast kaam kar rahi hai....       If u make wine in a small amout just keep it in room temperature n if wish to have it cold then put it in the fridge couple of hours before u drinking it .... Otherwise maintained room temperature up to 20 degree Celsius and you can store it for years in glass container or bottles.

      Aur jab tak fermentation chalu tha tab tak use rahene diya jab air nikalna pura ho gaya fir decant kar diya
