Hello mate, I'm actually planning a video on this one. But for now, I would say practice more often. Don't try and hit the ball with loads of power, this will only miss up your technique. Focus of perfecting techniques (watch a few tutorials of here), practice the technique but only use 50% - 70% power. then add more from there.
