@Sudath Dhanawardane, I beg to differ. Even though I strongly believe that learning English in English is the best way of being fluent, I am positive that she knows her stuff. Either you are trying to open up a can of worms or you are clueless of what you are talking about. There can be two schools of thought in terms of using a preposition at the end of sentences. There are some native speakers who frown upon the users who finish an English sentence with a preposition. However, it has now become accepted among many native English speakers. Therefore, there is nothing wrong with a sentence such as "Whom are you talking to?" because both methods are accepted among native speakers. Since you support only the pattern of "To whom.....? , I can educate you a little more about this phenomenon. The use of prepositions at the end of a sentence is sometimes called 'terminal preposition' and even certain linguistics have accepted this modern usage. Hence I would advise you to do your homework before trying to debunk another English teacher's theories. She is capable of explaining the lesson carefully with relevant examples and I appreciate her for her effort and generosity. Finally, a former US president Churchill and the renowned author Shakespeare were OK with such usage. You were talking about the teacher in the video being embarrassed after your feedback. Eventually, you might have to experience the 'boomerang effect' by reading this reply. I hope this helps.

If you don't mind I would like to add something to your question "whom do you wish to speak to?". In general, we do not place the preposition "to" at the end of a question , when the question word " whom" is used at the beginning of the sentence .we usually place the preposition "to" at the beginning before the question word "whom". Thus the sentence must be written " To whom do you wish to speak? ". To be honest ,I am not going to embarrass you at all, but this has to be taken into consideration. your way of teaching is gorgeous. good luck

". To be honest ,I am not going to embarrass you at all, but this has to be taken into consideration. your way of teaching is gorgeous. good luck
You 😅
