I must say I do have a problem with this. What bothers me is when these type of problems are called “hood ” problems. These types of things (child molesting, poor parenting ) is a serious problem in every neighborhood and race. I just don’t like when white people listen to stuff like this and say “those poor people” when the same thing is happening in their own communities and most probably in their own families. To me, it really feeds into superiority complexes. You two seem like nice people but this is just my critique.
