Hi Ed, I am delighted to hear you play the mandolin. Since they are stung the same it is a little easier to switch between the two. Not completely the same but you know it makes it somewhat easier. I keep debating on whether to continue with the fiddle intro's or not but your comment is helpful. Thanks so much.
Hi Jonny, Thanks for the great review. PU is Polyurethane (i.e.Plastic) and sometimes misleadingly called 'Vegan Leather' (It isn't leather). For the extra $20 the real leather wallet is certainly high quality and worth getting.
Thanks Ninepinezine, this is the sort of comment that is really helpful to others and I genuenly appreciate it. For the life of me I could not figure what PU meant at the time and now seems obvious. I agree with you that for the extra $20 it is just better to get the higher quality leather wallet. Thanks so much for leaving the comment, and have a great day.
This is, in my opinion, the best EDC you can get. I have devised yet another peek that can be used for getting a full peek under great cover. If you are doing the folded peek, you cant use an envelope in your wallet. I do not use the no-palm feature and have glued it shut, thus allowing another inside pocket for coins. I have in my wallet an envelope ready and set, a spare envelope, B'Wave, colour Monty, and billets with lots of space for cash and cards etc. Usually, use Jay Sanky Paperclipped for card revelation, but loading a Merc Fold card or borrowed ring into a sealed envelope is easy. The wallet is divided inside, and it will also fit Propdog Bonsalopes (medium).
AWESOME Funjuror!!!! These are great ideas. I love the creative thinking and making it really work for you. Yes it is quite versatile as you indicate. Thanks for sharing this information.
@@fiddlinjonny I keep a Sharpie in the loading slot so it is effortless to reach (for a magic wand ) Sharpie and, in the same move, load a ring or folded card into the wallet and envelope sooooo easy. I also leave the sharpie in the slot as it stretches the leather a little, so the load area is always open.
Yo Alan, I hope you are doing great. Brazil is on my bucket list but at the moment I am in Ireland for the next three weeks visiting family and a little holiday making. Thanks for watching my friend. Cheers.
Hello Mentalistonashoestring. I hope you are doing well and so nice to see your comment. I agree there is something about having the folded billet that adds just an additional layer of imposibility that really sells the effect and that getting the peek on it is really easy makes it that much nicer. Thanks so much for being here.
Thanks @Lordfingerman1. I really love that tune in the beginning and one of these days I may actually play the entire tune with more musicians included. I hope you have a great day.
Cracking tune and review Jonny ,I love the look of this wallet looks like a product I would be interested in the price seems fine 😅,its quite warm in the UK today was 27c this afternoon when we went to the garden centre which you would probably say is cool, enjoy your vacation with the family 😊
Thanks so much John, I miss my garden, but enjoy my holiday even more. My garden will likely be a mess when I get home and require a lot of hours of maintenance. I am over in Ireland at the moment visiting family and having a great time. We are getting mixed weather, some days are nice, then it starts to rain like crazy, then get cold, and then warm up again, all in the same day. Take care my friend and enjoy the garden.
Hi Jonny, looks like a good wallet. I wish I was looking for one but I'm pretty much "walleted out". Lovin that fiddlin. Have.a great break mate. I'm on mine right now. All the best my friend.
Hey pinballwizard666, Am I right that you changed your name here? By the way I love Pinball and it is my goto arcade game. One day I would love to own a pinball machine. Ok there does come a point when we probably have more than enough magic wallets and best to say no more. Hope the review was helpful and more importantly I hope your time off is fantastic. Take care my friend.
@@fiddlinjonny Hi Jonny, it's still the same old lovable Gary here ...... but RUclips now use PinballWizard666 for me ... not quite sure why ??? Hey ho. And yes I love pinball machines. I currently own 'Demolition Man' which I've had for over 20 years, and also 'Theatre of Magic' which I've had about 4 years. It is recognised as one of the best machines out there. It's strange ...I find it very difficult to play machines in arcades now. Often they do not play as they're supposed to and are not in the best of conditions. I know a guy who lives locally and owns over 150 machines. Everyone is immaculate. I feel faint when I see them. Like a kid in a candy store. What do you go to first? Not the worst problem to have.
Hello Jonny, This is a great review of a product that I'm actually thinking of buying. The versatility of the wallet surprised me, gave me some Mullica wallet vibes in terms of one of the loads. As for wallets i only have one which took me a long time to find, something that solved all of my needs, so i went with Hernan Maccagno's Himber Wallet which allows you to do some of the same things that the Into Wallet by TCC( not gonna say more 😅) it's, in my humble opinion, the Best Himber wallet created to this day. But i think I'll get also one of this Into Wallet by Tcc. Keep up the great work and hope that your vacations are going great 😊 Best of regards Ezequiel
Hello Ezequiel, I hope all is well. I am not very familiar with Herman Maccagno's wallet. I will have to give a google of it and check it out. I toy with the idea of working with a leather smith to design a wallet for myself but the market is so flooded with wallets and I think a lot of people are not using wallets in the real world as much, switching to paying through their phones. But I suppose there will always be a desire to have a wallet by people. Thanks so much for being here. Cheers.
Great tune and review. I love your new look. You know the old saying, " God created a few perfect people and on the rest he put hair". I too am one of God's perfect models. I won the TCC wallet in a contest online. I got the vinyl version. Personally I think that an animal needs to die for a good wallet. I think plastic wallets look and feel cheap. BTW, PU stands for polyurethane. Plastic in another word. I have played with this wallet a bit and think it's very good in all of its functions.
Hello Rob, I have always sensed that you and I are part of the perfect people 😉I wish more people had our beautiful bald pate's. Congratulations on the winning of the wallet but I agree that the leather wallet usually is better. But with that said only recently have I started to see some fake leather that is vastly improved over the past and can be a bit fooling and can actually pass for real leather. Thanks for the comment and stay beautiful with that bald head. 😍
Awesome! Thanks for doing this I was curious about this one. I have an FPS as my EDC and I think I'll stick with it, but this certainly looks like a good deal. Looking sharp without the hat too! It's very hot here as well.
Hey Mathmusicstructure. I find that most folks who have the FPS really like it and I find Brent Braun to be a really good creator. I do not have it but from what I have seen it seems very good. Have a great day and take care.
Thanks so much @ConTxt for watching the review I really appreciate it. Do you have a wallet you really like over others. Thanks for being here and hope you have a great day.
This is a great question Muppet hands. For me I would say the Edge might be a little easier but this I think is a close second. It takes a little practice for it to become natural feeling but once you have it down it is nice. I hope that helps some. Have a great day.
Hello Mexie, You raise a really important point about the look. I didn't really address it in the review and debated if I should or not. I find that look is so subjective. I think I finally came to a point with this specific wallet that it is not one I would use as an everyday carry because it doesn't fit my personal aesthetic but would keep it in my gig box for when I want to do a signed card to envelope routine. Thanks for leaving the comment. Have an awesome day.
I dabble with the mandolin and love playing the old fiddle tunes. So I love your intros as well as the reviews. Thanks Jonny!
