My mind just exploded when the gentleman at 0:49 seconds said, "Never eat non-seasonal fruits means a new season fruit that just came in, you should eat that. Once the season is over, then it's effect will be gone." I just looked that up and WHAT?! It does lose some of it's nutrients if it is not in season!?! I never knew this! Thank you sir for your generous sharing of knowledge! I can't believe I went 31 years without knowing that!

This man isn't a health professional but he speaks from experience and his words carry local wisdom. It is a very famous saying in our part of the world "Gall wailay de tay phal mosam da" which means words spoken on appropriate time and fruits eaten in the season are beneficial otherwise of no use. Fruits of the season are more beneficial at the early stages of that season

I can’t help but dwell on his statement, “you are very lucky to have this” after he states how their fruit would be rotten. We have eaten fruit cocktail for decades and not thought twice if it, or how we have cans of food in our cupboards. How utterly amazing how we overlook our countries blessings.

All of these people seem like they would me lovely family members or friends or community members, but Chaudhry makes me feel like he is my own father. He has such a special energy, it feels like my spirit recognizes him from a past lifetime or something. His inner child shines brightly through his eyes and I think that he may love trying new foods more than anyone else on the panel. They say we are lucky because these fruits stay 'fresh', don't rot, for us to eat when we want but if they ever looked at the ingredients list and had someone explain to them about preservatives and all the chemicals that are in this food, they would understand we aren't quite so lucky..those chemicals are probably what cause us to be sick so much. Cancer, diabetes, etc.. It maybe would have been best for us to only be able to fresh foods in the long run..

preservatives have been used for centuries and the old ones were way worse. you know what the Chinese secret to their tea was? they infused poisons to make the tea a brighter color. many animals such as cats, sheep, dogs get diabetes. arthritis is also in many animals as they get old. my dog has to take medicine since he has arthritis in his joints
