My first brioche shawl turned out great, some of my increases were a little too far up so the center sticks upward about 6 in. But when it’s worn it looks like a collar that flops down to offer a glimpse at the other side. In addition to providing that peek, it will do wonders for keeping my neck warm in the Minnesota winters. I am just starting another one using the lessons I learned from this first one
I'm trying to knit Kate Atherley's Omnishambles scarf but I'm having a hard time starting out. It looks messy and I cannot tell the difference in the two colors. The pattern starts out with three cast on stitches with a point. In your second example, could I use this method to make my point and the first few rows uniform? I'll give it a try. Your directions and demonstration is so clear. Thank you.
This took me over 20 tries to finally get but I am loving how my shawl is turning out, 🎉thank you for this

Hi, I'm new to knitting, I was wondering, how do I increase stitches (as in the y shape in the half-circle one)?
I don't understand🥺😞
