I blind bought this also, because I like a boozy amber accord and I just knew it would smell great. When I first got it, I wore it to bed...I always do that with new frags...and it kinda disappeared before I fell asleep; but I have learned from my other Mancera purchases, that their frags have to sit for awhile after the first spray to reach their full potential. After a few months, I sprayed it again to go to bed and yep, it's a powerhouse. I think it's a beautiful scent that reminds me of other scents, but still has it's own personality. The whiskey really opens up on my skin, which i love. Other than Red Tobacco and Hindu kush, it's my fave Mancera.

I have this one, I like it. But haven't worn it yet, cause I thought it was a fall scent. I have also been rocking Peael by Mancera, and its good, and clean soapy smelling...to me at least
I try not to blind buy Mancera any more because so many of them smell similar. I have a decant of this and I like it, but not sure I "need it" since I have Instant Crush. They have a similar vibe. I would like a bottle but I would be satisfied with a large decant or the small bottle. You need to check out Mancera Pearl for one. I have maybe 12 Manceras in my collection.
Yes, blind buy. Those notes sound so good so I understand. I have this one of my list. I enjoy the Amber Musk, Roses Greedy, Roses Vanille and Sicily. I found an amazing deal Roses Greedy and Sicily so I had to get them both. Going to grab a sample of Amber Fever. I really like Amber.
Sicily is on my list....yes it's citrus but sounds sooo good. I do love some citrus leaning forward type scents for spring and summer....I like my gourmand fall winter (live in canada) and citrus and fresher scents for spring and summer.

Softer scents perform much better in warmer weather, because perfumes evaporate in heat, which helps a fragrance to project like crazy. Heavier scents are better for colder months, because they’re strong enough to cut through the cold temperatures. So, it’s actually less about the notes and more about the strength of a fragrance, in determining when to wear it.

This is an easy grab right out the door. I get compliments anytime I rock it. One of the many Manceras that just works for me.

The Mancera DNA is very real. Ive heard about Pearl but I have other Mancera fragrances that interest me more at the moment. Got to pace oneself lol.
