Hey jimmY if you read this I am newer to fighting games, but I have around 72 hrs now on my xbox of sf6 and like 2 hours of tekken. I want to try to get better at fighting games especially sf6 before going full at it at tekken, and I have hit plat rank with ryu and luke though it is hard to keep my composure. Do you have any tips on how to not lose mental so fast because I play the game very aggressively, and most of my opponents seem to rather just back up most of the time, randomly jump over my projectiles, etc, but it annoys me especially if I try to do a super art and a special comes out, or a special I try to do comes out as a regular attack. I know that I need more practice, but I still get tilted if I lose to something like modern, or just passive players. Sorry, if this is a lot, but I have been watching a lot of your videos to understand high tier play and adopt some patience into my gameplay. I would appreciate anything, but I started playing ryu because you make ryu seems fun and he is, though I still have a long ways to go.
Hey there! As you said it yourself you just need more experience... there's no way to become good at fighting games without a significant amount of hours spent in the game. If you get frustrated losing to other players ALWAYS keep in mind this is your fault and you could have done better. Taking responsibility for your losses is the first step to avoid frustration because it means next time you can do better. Always reflect on your current skills and ask yourself where you can improve. A strategy that can lead to big damage but requires you to take big risks is usually not that great in the long term. So always re-evaluate how you approach the game and try to minimize risks as much as possible.
Looks like the very very last frame of chun-li's drive impact connected and the actual animation of drive impact was done. Could've been the chun was just out of range and allowed Jimmy to just do a regular DI as the chuns was already ended
@@mdz_jimmy if you wouldn't mind! I really like how you break things down and analyze things. I like your input! I'm thinking about making him cause of how cool his move set looks. Can you please?
1:59 i felt that too. The amount of BS dee jay does
The damage for that ex move is ridiculous that it felt more like a level 1 super
Dee Jay: We are cool mon!!!
You locked in for that last game, my word.

It's a disgrace that these broken drive rush spams are allowed online for a year. Game needs a patch every 3 months minimum
