    That was very helpful Jayson. my animations were very jagged because i tried to keep alot of key frames. I didn't know by deleting some your animation will appear even better. Thank you Justin and Jayson

      you can Align the ik to the fk. and snap it in one frame.
      1. if you are going from IK to FK. you can create a locator and align it to the fk controller on the frame that you want to switch, then you can aligh the ik controller to that locator,
      2. if you are going from FK to IK you can create a locator and align to the IK Bones position on the frame that you want to switch, then align the FK controller to that locator

    Can someone please tell me when we should delete uncessary key like he did in video with COG controller. and if we delete those keys isn't it will spoil our animation ?

    I have doubt when change ik to fk mode the character get jerks its true how can avoid it...

      ​@Arya Seta you can Align the ik to the fk. and snap it in one frame.

    U said fk to ik mode it doesn't jerks..
