Gekko is also a good one, you don't need to worry about your teammates not planting, it has flash with infinite charges, and a molly that can be used with lineups and a op ultimate(in low elo)
but gekko is kinda map dependent, he's really bad in Split and Ascent due to how small those maps are, there isn't a lot of space where he can safely use ult
but on the other hand, he's a monster on Sunset

Ok saying Reyna isn't usabel for team play and then putting yoru first or in the top 5 Phöenix Reyna are far better to solo carry i feel like peopel sleep on phöenix to much he has hard to doge flashes can heal himself has moll for post plant a cheap ult to play bazongas agressiv and a wall to cut line of sites

If u lose frequent in unrated, try on tdm and deathmatches
spike rush is the best and fastest way to get exp

clove is kinda not good becasue those smokes are WAY too short for her to delay pushes and she has no other utility to delay pushes i think shes just balanced

Raze: might be strongest in terms of duelists but not really a fully self-sufficient, she is duelists and initiator with her boombot and grenades but weak to op with no controller
Clove: i think clove should be higher since she is duelists, initiator and controller all in one
For her heals as duelist
For her decay as initiator
For her smokes for control of course
Sky: i agree sky is still strong but remember (non rechargeable flashes) that means she is just as same as duelists (just as raze, only worse) she has a dog to clear areas and a flashes to kill enemies but that is it her heals only heals her team but when in clutch it's useless
Cypher: i COMPLETELY agree with skillcap on this one, you even use his cam as a flash to trick your enemy so technically, he is self sufficient enough to be sentinel, controller and duelists
Yoru: no comment
Ya know think pheonix should be the top on list because he is (realistically) and as riot intended it to be a one man army, he is has wall, flash and molly perfect for control, initiate and duel he is the one character that if you put tenz (phoenix) play against gold lobby 1 vs 5 he would win 13-0
