You mentioned fiddling with throttling settings as a way to extend the CPU's life. Do you have any tips for beginners wanting to maximise their setup's durability with a less-than-ideal thermal situation?
In my case, I'm trying to adapt an old (early 2000s-ish) ATX case with absolutely terrible air flow, and things aren't looking very good so far, temp-wise.

With something like that, I’d get the best quality components you can, like thermal paste fans cooler, stuff like that, make sure the front is intake and the rear exhaust. If you can mod in a fan on the side panel for more intake and keeping the system clean of dust would be a lot more important than you’d think

@@CablesTech I going to bay rx 580 8g or gtx 1660 and in the future I well upgrade to rtx 4060 or something as powerful like rtx 3070
