List of hacks -
1. Sore feet and leg pain - Dip it in warm water with salt and alum (fitkiri), pat dry and apply oil
2. Belly itching - apply coconut oil on belly
3. Stretch marks - avoid scratching belly and apply coconut oil
4. Hairfall - Boil water with methi seeds (fenugreek) and spray on scalp
5. UG does not fit - Buy pregnancy UG to support belly, could be used after delivery for C-section for comfort
6. Dresses- Buy pregnancy dresses that could be used later
7. For sleep - Buy pregnancy pillow
8. Position - Sleep on sides (mostly left), sit and stand calmly and slowly with support
9. Hunger - Keep ready to eat food for late night or quick snacking like dry fruits. Avoid Kaju
10. Cannot bend - Take help from other or slowly go on squat position down (avoid if possible)
11. Waxing - Take help of partner, use trimmer or hair removal cream. Specially before delivery date
12. Unfit bra - use bra extender online that is removable later if cup size is same
