  • Moshe Rabenu, a dedicated leader, forty years he's leading the nation with all his heart and without asking for anything in return. 40 years of dedication and towards the end he looses his temper and hits the rock. As a result he is punished that he will not enter Israel... WHY such a harsh punishment? and what do i need to learn from that?

It is 4 30 AM in Sweden. The nights are white so it is daylight 24 h round, still I should be sleeping hours ago, but I just can't stop watching, listening, learning. I wish I was participating personally on place. Thank You for sharing this knowledge to the world.

Thank you Rabbi for the Amazing Torah Lecture about How Worst the ANGER is. Really all of us should Eliminate our Anger. Anger causes to do so many other sins. Thank you once again.

Rabbi Anava, Baruch HaShem for your lectures. It seems like every time I have an issue that HaShem wants me to improve on, here comes one of your lectures to guide me in dealing with it. Somehow, for me, this one hits the nail directly on the head. May HaShem continue to bless you in all that you do. What is even more awe inspiring is that you're so honest that you never forget to mention that you are no exception to the rule and you deal with the same issue. You never fail to humanize yourself in this lecture. I however, will never fail to mention that it was through listening to your lectures led me to walk away from the Catholic Church. Thank you Rabbi Anava. You're my inspiration.BH.

    Parsha Chukas-Rule
G-d told Moses “Take your staff and speak to the rock it will produce it’s water” Moses strikes the rock twice and lots of water will come out.
    Parsha Beshallah
What is the big deal about striking the rock G-d had Moses do it 39 years earlier! G-d told Moses “Take your staff and strike the rock”, water will come out. (Create something from nothing)?
A rock is a rock? Yes, in English and now let us look at the Hebrew.
Parsha Beshallah “Rock” (In Hebrew-Tsor) exterior and interior strong, powerful and solid. This is why it says “Create something from nothing”
Parsha Chukas “Rock” (In Hebrew-Sellah) exterior, inside has water, absorbs and contains on the inside. This is why it says “It’s water”. Moses struck it twice and a lot of water came out. Sella is spelled Samech, Lamed, Ayin.
    Spell out the letters.
    Samech, Mem, Chuf
    Lammed, Mem, Daled
    Ayin, Yud, Nun-Sopheet
Middle Letters of all three is Mem, Mem and Yud. Spells the word Myim-Water. The core of Sellah is water!
