Finally a great looking tortoise pickguard from the factory!!! Looks like someone at Fender finally realized the last 20 years have produced boring tortoise patterns. These are much more authentic looking 👍

Just pre ordered one. I was so conflicted with the Daphne blue or blonde finish. I’m glad I went with the blonde finish!

Mainly weight relief (and aesthetics of course). Not enough chamber volume for air to move around and bounce out for a significant tone change

I bought a Squier classic Thinline classic vibe telecaster with humbuckers and I love it. I think they did so well with the Squiers why not sell the fender Thinline too.

When these hit the fender website four weeks ago, there was a note on them that said "available May 7," but then that note disappeared a couple weeks ago. It just must be the day of the marketing release. This video was/is attached to the web listing for a while now.

My Sweetwater rep told me there's no embargo on discussing them. It's like they're just waiting on people to notice.

@@devinmoreno9823 or a Starcaster...or a Meteora...or Any Paranormal design... But you can get a Right handed, Jimi Hendrix or Curt Cobain Signature guitar in any color you want... I just bought the patterns and templates for the Meteora offset design, So I can make my own... This is what kills me... Just flip the template over, it's that easy... Harley Benton has More Lefty designs than Fender... That's a friggin sad state of affairs, right there...
