When you say the bands are compatible with all models… you mean a 42mm band from series 1 will work on a 45mm series 7? I originally bought the first gen, 9 years ago. Loved it, but sold it about 3 months later. I kept a leather band and the original charging base/dock.

Personally Im really into buying series 7, since 9 is way expensive. My only issue is the ios, does it still update? When it will stop updating? Help!
even series 5 still gets all updates, you’ll be fine
It only came out in 2021 so you should be good. Series 5 still gets updates lol.

Just managed to pick one up second hand, practically new for £100!!
Yesterday, I picked up one second hand for £90 + £9 train to and fro the pickup location. The watch looks like it was taken out of the box cos the person didn't really use it and had a case on from day 1. The only evidence that it's been used is the 87% battery health.
