You know I don't totally blame the younger generations for not understanding or appreciating Eminem's current music. It's not that they're too young or dumb (although that is a factor for some) but it's really hard to understand what Eminem is feeling and saying without some life experience. I'm sure we've all been really good at something if not one of the best and there's always people around that undermined it and downplay how impressive it is and how good you are. Or even worse say that you're not as good as you used to be when you're clearly better. It's always easier for assholes to tear people down than to lift them up because it hurts their ego in some way. So it's easier on the ego to just dismiss somebody. It makes sense in this era of social media where narcissism seems to be more rampant or at the very least more noticeable than before.
Funny I think the 2nd half of this song is some of my favorite eminem. The way he switches up cadence and flow. Listening to him talk about how he loves the first half, different strokes.
I think I maybe caught the: "a penny has more sense" like in pennywise the evil clown from IT: penny-wise (has sense, its inteligent) play on those words Stronger evidence comes after that, he starts throwin some carnival and clown references inmediately after. Opinions?
It's crazy to be honest I was born in 94 and having em like as the standard of the best since I can remember just seems so crazy, EMS always guna be the goat, even when you go back and listen to the legends before our time this a clear shift in sound speed cadence and flow and it's a progression of music that needs to be upheld
I think talking about yelling at a cloud around 7:10 is a Simpson's reference (Abe Simpson made the newspaper, where the headline was 'Old Man Yells at Cloud')
I’m not really into rap, so whenever I listen to an Eminem song I like it but I don’t appreciate it as much I should. These videos really help. Keep it up!
Hey Crypt great vid, i rarely comment on your channel untill now! I honestly think reacting to music is a good element for your channel, i like your thoughts and opinions you give. keep up the work man!
That harmonious flow you talked about at the beginning of the song is a variation of his flow on the chloraseptic remix. He switches it up the same way too. It goes so hard
The reason rappers, or most musicians for that matter, started getting into songs right away without build-up, is because then it's much more likely for people to stick around long enough for it to count towards the number of total streams. I personally love slow build-ups, so I'm kinda upset that the current systems favor that specific choice. It's a shame that artists need to cater to algorithms to make their music do well financially, oh well....
Also, 'sense' here sounds a lot like 'cents' and obviously a penny is worth less than a cent. This just goes to show how dumb the other rappers are if their level of intelligence doesn't match the number of cents in a penny which is ZERO. might be a stretch idk.
@@LethalCodex yes it does , 1 cent is more than 0 therefore , if a penny has more cents(sense) he's basically saying people are brainless , a penny with sense is a penny wise which then sets up the clown bars
Also references to his beef with insane clown posse back in the day alot only catch the pennywise part of that bar sutle disses like the "laying his foundation" bars in "zeus" sutle disses to icp alot of side b you won't catch alot of the sutle multiple meanings of some bars unless you've been a fan & followed his career & around mmlp album him & insane clown posse where beefing they made slim anus & several other diss tracks he disses them on the song "Marshall mathers" on mmlp album
@@seifallahsameh4662 If you’re counting value by denomination - minting cost, the a penny is worth less than nothing, but so is the nickel and maybe even the dime.
Surprised you didn't catch the biggest bar here imo: "tore a page from Jordan came"(in reference to the GOAT Michael Jordan) "destroyed the game before you came, enjoy your stay". Basically saying that anyone after Jordan or Eminem in their respective hustles are going to have to live up to their names. That's why anyone great is compared to Eminem in rap and Jordan in basketball. No one will ever escape that no matter if they don't even play the game the same or sound the same in their rhymes. People always get compared to the GOATs.
"I used to wonder where my next meal is gonna come from, now I just wonder where my next - mil (million) / meal (as in his next rap beef) - is gonna come from." It can be interpreted as a triple, but a lot reactors either miss or just don't elaborate on. No hate, just pointing out an observation.
He started off saying his finna empty his book of rhymes but at the end he says this is my note to self Sometimes you're gonna bomb So you might just have to blow yourself up with no one's help I just wrote it down in my book of rhymes meaning he aint finished writing in his book of rhyme 👀✊❤
I understand it is tough to not let the negativity of other people get you down. But you already know, no matter what you do there will always be haters. People who CANT do what you do so hating is all they do. But I challenge you to simply be ABOVE all the hate and not let ANY of it effect your confidence or creativity. Start writing songs about OVERCOMING the haters no matter what, then flow into other topics. Pretty much what Em "the GOAT" has done his whole career. Thanks for the high quality vids 👌

Stronger evidence comes after that, he starts throwin some carnival and clown references inmediately after.
Opinions?
YOOOOOOO HE USED TO CREEP UP FROM A "GRILL" TOO THAT WAS HIS LAIR IN THE MOVIE
IT'S A FUCKING TRIPLE
He also says I’m in a nuclear war with a clown I’m yelling at IT again and I think that is another reference to pennywise
Wow he also said Book like in a book with words. He said words. 😏
@@princeofallnegros4035 how did you catch that
I think this is a Batman reference, I posted about it on twitter cuz I freaked out
It's crazy to be honest I was born in 94 and having em like as the standard of the best since I can remember just seems so crazy, EMS always guna be the goat, even when you go back and listen to the legends before our time this a clear shift in sound speed cadence and flow and it's a progression of music that needs to be upheld
Also I think the “you can join a gang and your shit still won’t bang” line might be a shot at 69.
I think so, too. Since he' also has an enormous chain and a pretty stormless brain, that makes a lot of sense
@@frizzlethecat2084 6ixnine is actaully kinda smart he just doesn’t show it in his music
I think talking about yelling at a cloud around 7:10 is a Simpson's reference (Abe Simpson made the newspaper, where the headline was 'Old Man Yells at Cloud')
EMINEM drops music Tylenol stocks go up
I’m not really into rap, so whenever I listen to an Eminem song I like it but I don’t appreciate it as much I should. These videos really help. Keep it up!
Your so good at this, how do u catch so much😂🔥
Common sense
hahaha
*You're
At 9:10, it always reminds me of "Dr. West (Skit)". Even if it's a whole different voice.
If u are here early like me, there is a 99% u are a stan like me. Love from Finland ✌

Hey Crypt great vid, i rarely comment on your channel untill now!
I honestly think reacting to music is a good element for your channel, i like your thoughts and opinions you give.
keep up the work man!
Crypt the goat in reactions
That harmonious flow you talked about at the beginning of the song is a variation of his flow on the chloraseptic remix. He switches it up the same way too. It goes so hard
I love how the Eminem reactions are always so much longer cos Crypt has to analyze all the bars from Em.
"if you join a gang your shit isn't going to bang" is a shot at 6ix9ine
Especially with 6ix9ine's enormous chain. Remember the shark? I thought Crypt would catch it, because he had one of those made for himself.
@@frizzlethecat2084 oooh shit good catch!
Notice the sound that comes in when he says bang, I believe that's from the instrumental of Bang with Conway the machine
Was waiting for this one❤️🔥
Never clicked so fast💯🙏🏽
The more I listen to this album the more eminem sounds like em from Mmlp2, shit is too fire andThank you doing the reactions crypt much love homie!
I discovered crypt through the lightning link commercial. I can listen to it all day! I jam it in the car, not going to lie.
Even a Penny has more sense - Pennywise , leading into the clown bars
Also, 'sense' here sounds a lot like 'cents' and obviously a penny is worth less than a cent. This just goes to show how dumb the other rappers are if their level of intelligence doesn't match the number of cents in a penny which is ZERO. might be a stretch idk.
A penny is 1 cent what are you on about?
The ghost rider- writer scheme was so dope!
And was the penny rhyme about Snoop because that would be a hard shot!
This makes me want more orchestral or piano mixes. So dope!
The Ayatollah bar is soooo good. It will go over most everyone's head because it predates all these reactors.
I was seriously waiting the longest time for crypt’s reaction to this finally ‼️
Crypt “This app has a facebook group”
My mom from the other room yelling “DID SOMEONE SAY FACEBOOK!”
"The most you can form is rain"
Could mean- You aren't making no thunder or lightning, nothing is striking people like that or making noise.
„With a cloud(clown), he's yellin' at it(IT)again“

@@fucktheglobalsytem6999 Ti is a rapper he call out Eminem and 50cent together.. That's why if u putt qll together u noticed something
This song goes HARD🔥
He started off saying his finna empty his book of rhymes but at the end he says this is my note to self Sometimes you're gonna bomb
So you might just have to blow yourself up with no one's help
I just wrote it down in my book of rhymes meaning he aint finished writing in his book of rhyme 👀✊❤
