That is a great find! Somewhere Koh Samui island-like in feel and ambience, but literally minutes from Pattaya beach and Terminal 21, who knew? Good value for the facilities as well. Good work fella.

I am 54 and bought a one way ticket last October, when I arrived I went to a visa agent who arranged everything including opening a thai bank account, motorcycle & car license and with 30 days had my passport back with a retirement visa valid for 15months

Just wanted to ask. Do you have to renew or stamp your passport every 6 months or what is the process when your renting or buying there. If someone wants to live there for an extended time. Hope your feeling better. Love your vids
