I bought a insta pot for yogurt making. I was disappointed because it wasn't any easier than making yogurt in my crockpot. I returned it because It was expensive and huge.
Just buy a heat mat (15W) and put it in a small heavy duty cardboard box or cooler bag. Make the yoghurt in a 2 L plastic jar for 6-8 hrs overnight at 42 C (38-45 C is fine) keep an eye on the temp.
