The speech is an equivocation between algorithms and filters. Natural selection is a filter not an algorithm. This is why the analogies are examples of algorithmic intelligent design (like the Legos). Show me an example of a creative filter that can be produced without an algorithm. This is the problem with computer simulations of evolution.

If I were her, I would not agree to be interviewed on your channel until you speak to the abject objectivication so many of your viewers are engaging in. It's maddening. It's also disappointing that you aren't doing anything about it. The comments on the full length video of her talk are even worse. As a female in science, I can assure you that this kind of bs is seen all the way to the top and is insidiously damaging. It takes men to stand up to other men for a much need shift to truly occur.

By determining the constancy of speed, all experiments and Michelson-Morley experiments are indirect and incomplete. If the Michelson-Morley experiment was carried out on a bus or airplane and was used to determine speed. only then will this experience be direct. Therefore, Einstein does not rely on the Michelson-Morley experiment. Question. Do you have an example of such direct experience?

Was one of those things that was just a little bit too trivial and obvious. Like a single trajectory in a Monte Carlo simulation. Can you resconstruct the whole MC Simulation from one path and then infer the common constraints, control and maybe selection, random otherwise.
As always, it is best to start with a simple example and generalise than the other way around..

From what I've heard of her ideas; It seems she's proposing an alternative epistemic basis for modelling biochemical / biomemetic structures/development pathways in ~"four dimensional" (T+k) hypergraphs with special attention to self-similarity & combinadics. So, like, spec-evo or Everettian biochem meets phylogenetics built on a (relatively) "fresh" axiomatic system (/vignette)? She's interested in understanding abiogenis for n=1 & with a view on "for all n".
