To hear the exact same theme and be used to fighting the patriarch nearly the exact same way so many times on every map, It really made this feel special and like the real final boss of the game to have this bad ass alt theme, fighting two at once, on top of having this fucking crazy exploding facility going on in the background.

it is strange that this is the song that got me into listening to metal. i had also never even heard of killing floor and even when i got kf2 i didn't realize that this was in the game until i heard it the day after and was like "holy shit this is that song that got me into metal"
@Angerelic Come on now mate.If there were to be a zombie apocalypse we just had to get some gear and have these songs playing everywhere really loudly. That way the world didnt have to end because the awesomeness you get from combining some serious gear and these music tracks would kick every zombies brain out! Think about it! :D
@MikuMech I have an idea for it: At the last wave of each game, you'll have to have some sort of extraction (such as a chopper, a truck, etc.). While escaping, a potential new enemy appears, who can maybe fly or run fast or something. This music plays during the chase scene. Made even better by occasional other enemies, such as Husks shooting fireballs, Stalkers and Clots jumping on, or even as far as a Flesh Pound derailing the escape.
It actually does have a story mode. It's the normal gameplay but you must read the description of the levels first. After that you must look around and see the whole area wich makes you think you are making your own storyline while you are actually playing the story of the particular map.
Actually there is but you have to download those maps. Killing Floor was made to be a stand alone gore fest. But if you look long enough you can find story more campaign maps wich have objectives. But the last objective is always to either A: Escape. B:Kill patriarch or C:Just fend off the last wave. For instance there is a KF campaign map that takes place in the Resident Evil umbrella laboratories. Not sure wich RE it was but it has the hidden metro thingy.
