Thanks for Michael’s teaching! It’s very helpful! In the night, I tried… I keep myself in a comfortable position, relax, be in a rest! Inside of my heart, I told God: I m here dear God, please come to talk to me… not long, almost immediately, I suddenly felt warm feelings around my whole body and my spirit moved out of my body and go down of my bed (still in sleeping position, not standing) my spirit float flat out of my body and rotate itself then came back to my bed! It happened 2 times (I felt clearly because the 1st time when my spirit was rotating, my feet accidentally hit the 1 table leg) Then the 3rd time, my spirit tilted out of my bed, didn’t go off completely! It’s amazing experience 🎉❤🎉 I believe God is guiding me step by step to experience his spiritual realm … I love to be more intimate with God my Lord ❤❤❤
