This type of cars is ideal for the Philippines. No worries about high gas prices, no mechanics, no need for change oil, no worries about starter, alternator clutch repairs, etc.
That's right sir. There's a lot of good potential to this vehicle and only a matter of time that can tell how this car fares in the long run. The practicality for it's size is pretty amazing. As long as infrastructure grows to accommodate more EVs both in a micro and macro perspective, sky is the limit for the growth of these type of vehicles. Exciting times ahead! :)
That would be a great car for the Philippines considering the marrow thoroughfare here and not to mention the traffic, and if you are just 2 passenger or say 4 without bagage it will be the best car plus the fact that you are helping mother nature
The air pollution in Philippine cities is real dangerous at times. Other countries set up taxes on gas driven vehicles and give benefits to those who buy electric. This raise the stock of EL viecles. 2 Things must be in place, a service and recycling solution for that kind of batteries. Enough energy on the national grid to charge as they become many. Remember that hybrid cars is also a good alternative for thos who is afraid that the electricity may become a problem at long range trips. Because you can drive electric for you daily needs with those just running gasoline engine at long mile trips that demand the engine to it self charge the EL in your car.
Very well said. I do agree with the sentiments of hybrids for the long drives. I think It's currently the most practical although not the most ideal since conventional gasoline is still used (at a lower rate of course). There's a lot of hybrids in the market now that could solve that issues. Fully electric vehicles on the other hand still need some time to develop but with how the support has been for Hybrids these past few months, the sentiments for EVs down the road are hopeful 😊

Good that they named this closer to sound like a regular car brand not Wuling and the wrongly spelled Chery. Simply not going to appeal to most customers in this country.
What is the lifespan of the battery? Where do you buy battery replacement or parts for maintenance? How much is the battery replacement? How much is the EV itself?
Very cold sir! The auto climate does it's job properly given it's size. It just has a bit of learning and getting familiar with but it should be fine on a hot day. 😊
Levdeo Letin EV Car Company from China went bankrupt and closed down last month that's why Autohub canceled the planned sales of this EV vehicle in the Philippines
I do agree with you there. Nevertheless, the possibilities of this car entering the market at a competitive price is still possible with the advancements in current infrastructure. range of 160kl? wait for letin you will get 300kl range
Yup! 160kms is enough for city driving though. Just don't go driving like a maniac or put too much weight on the car 😊
Quotation po
Fully electric is nowhere near for the masses. They are local/around town expensive novelties for the blessed rich.
